I usually fly right through Gila Bend, stopping only for gas and a redbull at the truck stop, but last week I stopped in here for lunch and I was glad I did. It's just one of those places you should make a little time for.

I took a chance on Toshiko and was rewarded by fresh fish, good prices and incredibly creative and delicious specialty rolls. I have been there three times and every time I go I try a specialty roll on the menu that I have never seen before at any other sushi place. Last week I tried the "Blossom Roll" - it was beautiful and delicious. If you're in Hanford - don't miss Toshiko!

My sister had her wedding here, it's gorgeous! Not much to look at from the outside but inside it's lovely with a beautiful bar and a lovely outside garden dining area. We had the dinner outdoors, beautiful flagstone, white lights in the trees, it looked like a fairyland. Delicious food and very helpful and intelligent staff. Fairly priced for the Santa Barbara area.

Lovely. The wine was delicious, the tasting only $5/person and you got to keep a souvenir glass. We had a large party and it was busy but the staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

They had a lot of TVs in the place so I called on Sunday morning to ask if they had NFL Sunday Ticket and would be playing all the football games. The waitress assured me they did. However when I arrived I realized that they did not. The manager did not even know what "Sunday Ticket" was. I did not stay -obviously the staff was uneducated about the services of the restaurant where they worked. If they had told me over the phone that they did not carry it I would have saved myself the trip and not missed the first 1/2 of the game.
