I'm so happy to have my new Izzy office furniture!  yes, as noted One Work Place (OWP) does work with the big tech companies, hospitals, schools, etc. so I realized going in that  I was small fry & appreciated the help.

They  aren't really set up to help the small home office folks but if one is willing to do some of their own research up front, balanced with a bit of patience, I do think this company is worth checking out due to the great showroom, insight & product selection from budget to high end.  Trust me I did a lot of research looking for other options.

Donna M. was extremely patient with my inquiries & providing me samples of finishes.  I was making a small investment in home office furniture & wanted to make sure I was choosing the right pieces especially since I'm in my office 10+ hrs a day at times; I decided not to cheap out knowing I'd only be back furniture shopping in a couple of years.

Donna created a layout based off my home office measurements to confirm what I was evaluating would work.

After much obsessing I ended up purchasing Izzy furniture sight unseen (with no samples at that!!) since OWP did not have this line on display.  Donna assured me it was a quality product & she was right!

BTW, check out their resources list, a more than comprehensive group of companies they can order from-this is how I stumbled upon Izzy:

http://www.oneworkplac...

Refer to the pics.  I also religiously checked OWP's website for used/demo pieces.  I did find 2 fantastic high end desk chairs which I purchased at half the retail price.

If you want inspiring, non-officy, stylish furniture this is the place to be!

Tim & his team are awesome.  They did a fair amount of work at our place; very tidy, professional, reliable, nice attention to details.

My clients/friends have been happy working with Tim as well.

Best experience I've had with an electrician in a long time.

Before I joined the Work Smart Be Smart community I did not have a consistent, reliable follow up system.  I know I lost potential clients as a result.

There are so many valuable features of the WSBS system, a few of my favorite are:

1. Automated follow up communication with specific, customizable information created for my buyers/seller clients depending on the phase they are in during their real estate transaction.  Recurring tasks such as reminders for getting home insurance or setting up utilities help me & my clients keep up with the numerous details that occur during a transaction.

2.  Birthday reminders, monthly e-newsletters, social media set up on my website along with lead capture forms

3.  A to do list is emailed every morning to keep me on track with client follow up

The monthly cost for being  a WSBS member is very, very reasonable especially considering the numerous other features & services the team offers.

I wish WSBS was in existence when I first started my business.  There are a lot of half way systems/services out there & WSBS is not one of them.

They really have figured out exactly what systems business owners need to cultivate client relationships.

If you happen to live locally I highly recommend attending their 2 hour Friday morning meetings which are jam packed with tips, resources, guest speakers & best business practices; a nice compliment to further growing a successful business & learning from other successful business owners.

Thank you WSBS!!  My 2012 is off to a fabulous start!

Madhur & his team came to the rescue when my book keeper flacked on me; this was a blessing in disguise since I had to seek out a new company & am so glad I found My Online Bookkeeper.

Very reasonable prices, timely, secure data sharing & great follow up.  I'm so happy to be able to delegate my reconciling to MOB!

Who would have thought a pub type place would not only have an extensive wine list but also bourbon list (I believe beer as well but honestly didn't pay attn since IM not a beer drinker.  Nice charcuterie plate. Want to go back for their BBQ!

BEWARE!  Person answering phone is not telling folks no walk ins allowed today bc of high post Xmas volume. Would have been good to know before we did the 30 mins drive. Also not serving lunch off main menu outside. Manager felt it was necessary to share they r a $14million dollar restaurant.  Why would this make a difference to a disgruntled hungry customer? 1 star for service & the complicated/lame food ordering rules.  We r sitting right next to another couple who ordered ribs off the menu at the out door fire pit bar.

Our server said ribs aren't being served where we r sitting. What GIVES!????!!  Maybe you need to be wearing a hat to get ribs??

I like!  Cool music, nice decor, creative awesome food. Not the typical sushi choices.

The taco roll was amazing as was the tuna tataki salad with a tasty dressing!  We preferred the hamachi carpaccio over the salmon.

Will definitely be back!!  The private dining tables are nice as well. Attentive service.

OMG!  What restaurant runs out of cloth napkins. I already know from reviews & prior visits that this place is never hopping yet I keep insisting on coming back bc the chef does such a great job w/ steaks/seafood

Tonight really is my last visit even though steak & broccolini were nicely prepared (mashed potatoes were uninspired) !

This place just keeps going down, down, down which is so sad

Burlingame is a desert when it comes to decent dining. This SF girl is either driving to SF or San Carlos or Palo Alto for a decent meal. Don't know why this town doesn't have a bigger restaurant draw....

Where do I start. Oh yes. We were joking bc none of the tables had napkins we thought perhaps napkins were drying in the oven or they forgot to pay the laundry bill.

I noticed a small pile of cocktail napkins nearby.  I thought the waiter was joking when we finally asked for napkins when our apps arrived & he said they had "a large event & ran out of cloth napkins".  Righto.....

Well we had cocktail napkins to go w/ our dinner $23+ mains at that !!

Our friends brought a delish bottle of Foley wine. Pretty sure on past visits they had  decent stemware. Wait staff brought white wine glasses instead of red wine glasses
& crappy quality at that. We have better Costco wine glasses that we've bought by the case.

Which reminds me, seems like something is really wrong with their dishwasher since the plates & water glasses all had a coating like they never really had a good cleaning in the dishwasher.  Gross!  Better to have your bread off the table cloth.....

It only went downhill from there,  so sad. For not a busy night I think there was just one waiter for 6 tables. We wanted to order another bottle of wine. By the time it was communicated we were finished with our meals & more than ready to go home to rid ourselves of the bad dining experience

If this place is still in biz by the new year I will be shocked!  Better to stay home & cook mac 'n cheese & open a nice bottle of wine then venture back into this sad, dark hole... .

Only recently discovered this restaurant after watching Check Please.

Had a really amazing meal here last night.  Highlights were the roasted squid, linguine with grated tuna heart (right up there with Incanto's) & the gelato sampler!

We aren't big fans of Italian wines.  Our server recommended 3 different reds, all were delicious!

Definitely a new fav restaurant!
