Went here on a Sunday night after a Clippers game. Line wasn't too bad - ended up waiting about 20 minutes. Inefficiency is rampant here, they should look at production lines and improve their service. Sure, it may be known for it's lines, but who wouldn't want to make more money?
I ordered the long chili dog and I split a spicy polish. I couldn't taste the difference between the chili, the hot dog, or the bread. Very bland.
The spicy polish was a little better, and it packs quite a bit of heat, though not enough to cause you to perspire.
Pretty disappointed in going here, not worth any hype in my opinion.

Service was rather slow from the waitstaff - hardly was checked on and they seemed very rushed.
The sushi chef last night was incredible though. Very friendly, good recommendations, and when the wait staff didn't bring our food over, he left the sushi station and went and got it for us, knowing it was waiting.
Really glad to have such a good experience from him to offset the poor experience from the waitstaff. I understand it was busy, but we are customers, too.

Of course the beer selection is outstanding, but at this location, the service is quite lacking, wait staff being extremely inattentive and having to wait for many parts of service (water, food, requesting your bill).
My biggest gripe? NO WINDOWS, or at least visible ones. Feels like you're trapped down there, and the zero natural light isn't very nice

Sandwich station, sushi station, hot plates - A TON! I'm glad there's a dedicated meat counter and seafood counter - it just keeps getting better.
The lights in the freezer aisle are pretty cool - they're motion sensitive so they light up bright if you are nearby, and dimmed if nobody has passed by for a while. Quite an experience to walk down one end, and have the freezer light my path as I made my way toward the opposite end.
Work and home are close by, so I go here often

Hits:
Halibut - beautiful sear marks, simple dish but still good
Prawns - cooked to perfection, sauces were amazing
Truffle fries - wow! Truffle taste in each bite. and the order is big! Great to share between a few people.
Mushroom Ravioli - a great balance with the simple but elegant halibut. So savory, so delicious, great mushrooms.
Expecting more:
Not exactly a miss, but I'm not used to foie gras. I've had it a few times to know that I like it, but the serving here did not draw me into it like other dishes have in the past. By no means was it bad, but did not get quite a "OMG" experience as I have before. I'm sure I need to try more.
Same thing with the Canlis salad. From all the reviews, I was expecting to be blown away, but after all, it is a salad. It was very good, though I found the dressing to have too much citrus.
There are a ton of dishes that I want to try more, so I'll be back as often as my wallet allows

Had it last week and the mini burgers and beer pairings were amazing... Can't wait to try it again when they switch it up

My favorite burger in Seattle.
I ate here in LA and loved the burger. I go to the one in Seattle and have a better food experience.
I ordered the 1/2 lb (after cooking) burger with Blue Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Scallions, and Garlic Aioli. The Garlic Aioli is fantastic and you can actually taste a lot of Garlic in it. I'm pretty sure I'm ordering this burger every time.
Service was decent, and the food is just outstanding. I wish they'd have the same happy hour available in LA where you get some sliders and some beer samplers...
Now let's open one in Bellevue! It's a little tough to get to this location...
Service:
All the staff was very friendly and attentive, the door was opened for me and was seated promptly. Was greeted multiple times by various staff asking how our experience is going.
Venue:
Sat in the lounge area right off Bellevue Way behind the bar. Bar looks amazing, thought we didn't sit there, but the lounge area had TVs all over the place. The natural lighting is amazing, and the decor doesn't feel like Bellevue (in a good way).
Food:
Very good experience. The Calamari was standard, but I highly recommend the salt and pepper dry ribs. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned, a perfect appetizer in all senses.
My main dish was the chicken and full rack of ribs - it's a huge order, probably a meal that you can eat your fill and still take some home. The ribs were very tender, meat falling off the bone, and the chicken had good seasoning and spices and was cooked nicely.
My friend had a side of prawns and wanted some cocktail sauce, but they don't have any there. However, the waitress was able to put the request into the kitchen, and they made a good cocktail sauce from scratch! Great service again...
Also had a bloody mary - I'm used to them being spicier, but this did have fresh horseradish in it, so extra points for that.
I like the vibe and food better than a lot of places nearby, including Joey's, Pallomino's, the Parlor, and Lucky Strike - I'm sure to be back often!

Bacon wrapped dates were nicely prepared. A little sticky, but I guess I should expect that with dates.
The fresh oysters were good - the cucumber sauce had a good flavor. I liked this dish, though my friend said his oysters were warm.
Grilled cheese - might be my favorite item of the night. Nicely prepared grilled cheese with a tomato dipping sauce.
Pulled pork - a typical pulled pork sandwich - you get two sliders in an order
Stuffed peppers - tastes exactly how'd you expect. cream cheese or something similar stuffed into sweet peppers with a sauce poured over it.
Potato with truffles - decent, but not memorable. deep-fried potato balls with hints of truffles in it.
Good pours on drinks. The food was about 3.5 stars as nothing really blew me away, but it was all tasty. Service was good, and I'll check it out again, but show up a little earlier (was there at about 5pm).
Tacos and Quesadillas were good and fresh.
The person who gave me my food liked my name and said she would have hooked me up if she had known... Very good experience, and I'll go back the next time I'm in LA

Recently ordered the chicken chow mein, General Tao's chicken, and moo shu pork to-go. Cost about $33 and made for a few meals for my g/f and I.
Chicken chow mein was very good, crispy noodles with the gravy over the top to soften it up. I generally order house special chow-mein, but usually avoid the meats except for the chicken - so this was perfect.
General Tao's chow mein was pretty good, not much breading and pretty tangy, but still decent.
I'm not a big fan of Moo Shu Pork, but my g/f loved it.
I'll update with more dishes the next time I try them - I can never remember what I usually order and how I liked them
