I only shop here because of the convenience, as I live in the building literally above the store. Oh, I wish there was a better option just as close, so I'd never have to set foot in here again.

All New York City stores are small, but the isles here take the cake. Not only are they more narrow than usual but some have building support columns smack dab in the middle, making getting around them with a cart impossible. The product selection is less than optimal. The staff, while generally courteous, are slow and unhelpful. There are 5 checkout counters, but usually only 2 are open at any time (due to being woefully understaffed). Even during peak hours, causing long lines and unnecessary backups. And don't try to shop with a backpack or work-bag or you will be treated like a criminal. A few times I had stopped here on my way home from work, and was forced to check my laptop bag with the bored-looking security guard at the front door (wich made me feel way less safe than if I had just been able to take it with me).

If you live near Fairway, Trader Joes, or Whole Foods, then do yourself a favor and skip this place. You'll pay a higher price for the quality, but it's worth it.

Saw this place on CBS Sunday Morning and had to try it. Gourmet Mac & Cheese?  Awesome!

I work nearby and hit this place for lunch about once a week. Quick service. Good pizza, not the best I've ever had. Not too expensive. Very typical NYC pizza joint.

Now this is a unique concept, a place that sells nothing but PB sandwiches.  The decor inside is kinda 1940's-50's Americana. Like going for a snack in Mayberry.  It's worth a try at least once for the novelty, but it's the "Elvis" (grilled PB with honey, bananas, and BACON!!!) that will make you come back for more.

Very good burgers and fries. Better than average, but not the best I've ever had. Not too expensive.  Overall the food itself gets two thumbs up.

The primary drawback that prevents this from being a 4 star review is the line, it can get VERY long during lunch and dinner times. Some people are willing to wait 20-30 minutes just to order, and then another 10-15 to actually get their food.  I'm not.  It's not THAT good.

If you go on a day with good weather during off-hours (not lunch or dinner) it can be a great experience.  Otherwise I'd opt for something quicker.
