Kind of outrageously priced and NOT as marked. My small iced coffee was supposed to be $5 as per the signage but the total for mine and my friend's similar beverage was over $14. So, either his coffee was $9 for a small or they're just charging whatever and neither makes me feel great a customer.
I gave them 3 stars because the drinks were delicious.
At Random is, in practically every way, my perfect bar. The lighting is low and flattering, the seating is comfortable, the music is pleasant and, most importantly, the drinks are AMAZING! There's everything from boozy milkshakes to classic martinis. It would be all too easy to get seriously toasted here due to the amazing variety. Our server knew the menu inside and out and gave us great recommendations, much needed when there were so many nice looking options.
I don't live in Milwaukee but I would come back here in a heartbeat.
Like every bad coffee shop stereotype rolled into one-- dismissive baristas who barely keep from rolling their eyes when you ask a simple question, the worst iced coffee you've ever had that for some reason costs over $6, super uncomfortable chairs. The passion fruit brioche was delicious and the reason for both of these stars. I see now that this place is a Tiktok fave which explains why it was so underwhelming. I will probably never go back.
Had an absolutely spectacular dinner here on a yucky Monday. The bartender was one of the best I've had in a long time (we sit at the bar a lot so plenty to compare it to). He knows the menu inside and out and will give you great recommendations. He also makes an amazing Last Word. If they have gnocchi on the menu, get it!
Worst Costco I've ever been to. I showed up an hour before closing time on a Sunday and by the time I finished shopping, it was 5:55. I asked if I could still do my return even though it was close to end of day and Esther at the returns desk bit my head off and accused me of stealing despite my having the in-app receipt of the item I was returning. By the way, it was still mobbed in there so it wasn't like my request for a return was what was keeping her stuck at work.
Funnily enough, my membership is up for renewal in 3 weeks but I won't be bothering because of her rudeness.
The gentlemen in the checkout line and the door were both wonderful but I rounded down because I'm pissed.
