happy hour rolls in at 3 on this day which was saturday and when 3pm came around she said im not going to open anymore tabs and for us to wait for the next bartender so we thought that wasnt a problem until the bartender came in 20 minutes late. dude someone needs to teach these workers to help make the business make money, not lose sales.
then next thing that sucks is they lure u in with these cheap happy hour prices on food but then they fail to mention that the food is the skimpy and stripped down version of the item thats on them menu. the chicken nachos is just cheese chips and bits of chicken. no sour cream, no guac, no pico de gallo or salsa. same with the chicken quesadilla just cheese n chicken n tortilla. the food suck and the service matches the food! im never going back to this waste of time and money dump on main st. there are so many other better choices on main with better food and service.

Another thing that really showed me how ignorant the workers are is that i went to buy a $10 game card for $11 and left the counter to go check out the games. A kid then told me that I should have bought the unlimted game card that gives you an hour of unlimited video game play for $10. I went back to the girl that sold me the card with the unused card and receipt and asked to change it to the unlimited card and she said they couldn't do that. I don't know if that's the truth, or she was just too dumb or just too lazy to do it. I was like why didn't you tell me that when I was buying the card or suggest that? Wouldn't you think common sense would be to offer your customer the better deal? She just stood there and said uuummmm and shrugged her shoulders. I was thinking in my head how stupid and ignorant can these employees be?!
This place is like a lucky strike and Dave and busters combined, but lack the service and full bar that the other places give. The only thing this place has that's different are the ping pong tables and lots of claw games that you get prizes with. they also have some newer video games than D&B but not worth the other crap you gotta go thru to play those newer games.
So if you want to go bowl and drink, do yourself a favor and just go to lucky strike. If you wanna drink and play games n eat better food, go to Dave and busters. If you wanna go do karaoke, go to a real karaoke place. Such a waste that the owners poured so much money into this place to make it so nice only to ruin it by hiring ignorant staff & then they make it a self service place where you gotta go get everything yourself and wait in lines everytime.
Everything here costs more than the other places too, so you can save yourself money and time by going to a place thats more for adults, not this kiddie place that dont care about their customers & everyone there is a kid or teenager thats not of age yet

5 stars for the venue minus 4 stars for the ignorant staff and how they serve or maybe I should say how they don't serve their customers. My friends rented a karaoke room & had a party for one of their kids. They spent quite a bit on food buying 4 pizzas, salads, fries, wings, etc. Suprisingly the pizza was pretty good. They had sweet potato fries and regular fries that reminded me of jack in the box fries. With all the food my friend got, this place doesn't offer any pitchers of soda or even pitchers of tap water for that matter. The staff said they only serve pitches of beer. We were like wth?! This place is the first place that any of us have seen that doesn't offer drinks like that. On top of that, they don't have Any servers or staff come to check on you if you would like anything to eat or drink. You would think if they are in the business of serving food & beverages, they would try to make an effort to offer you some right? All the other karaoke or venues for parties have people that tend to you and make sure you have everything you need. Man this place needs a lesson on how to run a business.

This place even sells those danger dogs or dirty dogs like the ones u get on the street, but with a tortilla instead of a bun.
If there's a long wait just sit at the bar. They'll serve u right away and they serve u everything the restaurant serves. Plus the bartender we had was really cool and pretty hot haha

While we were there 2 other people who came in after complained about the fee. It's not the .50cents that bugs me, it's the fact that the business owners are cheap asses and would rather rip off their customers instead of paying the fees like every other business that accepts cards.
They also charge you .50cents for the sauces. They charge for stuff that a lot of other greek places give for free. Not only that, the food takes a long time for them to make, and isnt that good. the chicken pieces are thick cubes and look raw in the middle. Just glad i didnt get sick from eating this crap.
I was not pleased at all. I'm never coming back to this place again. If you've never been there and are planning on going, don't waste your time or money. Hell, if you've been there before, dont go back either! Go somewhere else more worth while. This place should be called Sucky Souvlaki. Screw this place!
The specialty drinks here are really good. Especially the mai tais. Either one is good, the blended one or the poured ones. I prefer the poured ones. People don't really come here to eat. The food is ok or a little bit better than ok.
I've made many good friends from this place when it used to be a nice place but now I rarely come back. I only went today for happy hour drinks before going to the aquarium so I could look at the fish intoxicated. The one in Oahu is way better than this one. At least they still have hawaiian and reggae entertainment the way a hawaiian bar is supposed to be!

Just to let u guys know only the taller tables are considered the bar area, so if you're there for happy hour, u have to sit at the bar or on one of the high tables.
I didn't really take time to rate the food because you should already know the food is bomb! My faves are of course the pizookies then the great white pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, the pesto flat bread, and the roasted turkey cobb sandwich. I can go on and on about my faves here but i don't want to bore u with the details.
Stop by on a nice day. U won't regret it
