My experience visiting Dr. Squires (for a routine checkup) was contrary to the other reviews here. Dr. Squires was friendly and understanding, and I didn't feel hurried or otherwise uncomfortable at any point.

OK, so I was expecting a horror show after reading reviews, but when I came in at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, there was not a single person in line. The representative behind the counter wasn't all that excited to deal with me, but handled my case quickly, professionally, and with zero hassle. For the record, I simply needed to swap out a broken cable modem. The entire process was surprisingly fast (I didn't have to provide any account information) and I was out the door in under 5 minutes.
