  I came to Macy's looking for shoes.  I did find a pair but not totally sold on them, but I mostly wanted to get a lipstick from Estee Lauder.  I use to have one that I loved.  The ladies at the Estee Lauder counter was very helpful and was trying very hard to find the lipstick I had or at least close to it.  They could not find it but found something close.  They were very nice of letting me try on a couple of lipstick colors and see which one looked the best on me.  In the end I purchasing a lipstick and lip liner.  They told me if I didn't like them I could return it even if I used it.  Overall a wonderful experience.

  This review is for the Shoe Department.
  
  I came here look for shoes for my cousin's wedding.  I found the cutest part of shoes by Jessica Simpson.  I was very surprise her shoes was actually so comfortable.  The sales man was helpful kinda, but not really.  He was quick to bring out the shoes I liked to try on.  It took him awhile to find the other shoe for the Jessica shoes I wanted.  When he did, I tried them out and did a quick examination over the shoes. I notice there was a slight flaw in the shoes. I asked him and show him about it and he said he can not discount them.  So I thought since I am paying for them full price than I want a pair that is not flawed.  They gave me a list of the other Macy's that carried them. I end up going to Valley Fair to purchase the shoes.  Overall I would come back since I like there selection of shoes.
