I've been to the Brea location a few times now, but I haven't been to the original in Orange and thought it was time.

This place is exclusively outdoor seating only and it's fairly limited. They do have a parking lot in the back with about... 4-5 spots but it's pretty small and parking on a busy night here is just not possible. There is plenty of street parking and lot parking a block or two away... so get ready to walk.

I ordered their proscuitto and gruyere - which was good but very, very light. My friend ordered the pastrami which was good, but also gets a bit heavy and greasy towards the end of the sandwich.

For dessert, my friend and I shared their seasonal cheesecake and banana/nutella waffles. Keep in mind that these waffles are not served hot... so they are cold desserts. I felt that the desserts were a bit cloyingly sweet because of the sauce they put in these waffles. I personally think that their creme brulee one is much better!

Overall, definitely would recommend coming here if you're in the area and have never tried it! Esp on a cool summer evening :)

In a horribly touristy area, but what do you expect?

The place looks really nice inside and not like your typical movie theater. The place is incredibly clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

The seats are bit more comfortable than your standard theater seating and the sound is great. I would definitely come to visit if you're in the area. It's a piece of history!

It's not your traditional burger, as they all have a bit of an Asian flair to it.

I ordered the original burger and it was okay. It was interesting because the patty was a bit sweet... which threw me off? I'm not sure that it really fulfilled my desire for a nice, juicy burger... but I guess if I wanted that I should have just gone to In-N-Out.

Service was slow as hell and they informed me that they are short staffed and supposedly one of the ladies (at the time) was pregnant while cooking in the back.

Now, I know I should expect pretty crap service from an Asian place... but at least the food should be good. It was only OK and I'm not interested in coming back any time soon.

Small mom and pop business. I came for lunch on a weekday and it was fairly empty. Seated quickly and got our orders in fast.

It took a while for the food to come, which sucks if you're on a time limit... but it was very good and well priced for what it is! I definitely recommend the enchiladas they have here - very yummy and the sauce is great.

Is it the best mexi food out there? No, but it's pretty good. The people are very friendly, too.

It's a quick meal if you're craving sushi or curry. I usually get their sushi here, the few times I've actually come. Not great or really worth remembering and a bit expensive for what it is. But since I usually came for lunch time grub, it was good for the time spent getting in and out!

They did have a lot of Christmas ornaments and some souvenir type trinkets. The two ladies at the counter were not very kind to me and my boyfriend and mostly ignored us. I purchased a few souvenir type items and the lady gave me a $1 in change when I was owed about $20 back.

If i hadn't noticed... I would have been out an extra $20.

If you're looking for hand made products, it's worth stopping by but personally, the service sucked and they don't seem like they care if they get customers or not!

Pretty much made a mess in my pants when I saw the ostriches running around in the field off the freeway. Just a few miles out of Solvang, it's worth stopping by just to see these creatures up close.

It's a few dollars to get in and $1 per bowl of food that you can share with others. Please read all the rules as it's no joke. These ostriches are pretty vicious when feeding... so make sure your kids are holding on the handles properly when feeding.

They also had baby emu's on the side in a different penn.

Overall... a GREAT experience you can't find elsewhere. And it's fairly cheap, so it's not going to hurt your wallet getting in!

This is a very small zoo, but... you get to feed their giraffes here! For $6!

It was within walking distance of my hotel, so I strolled over and skipped the $6 parking fee. There was a pretty long line of cars for the parking lot on a sleepy Sunday morning.

The zoo is small and you can see everything within an hour. Pretty standard zoo fare.

But yes... moving on to the highlight of my trip here - feeding their giraffe. She was adorable and her black tongue licked all my fingers as I fed her some lettuce. Definitely would be a fun and memorable event for kids (and adults like me).

This place is located in a small plaza and isn't actually under the name "upscale massage" but it's not too hard to find. Kaye makes it very easy to ask for instructions before you come over, so if you have any questions let her know!

I think they do this as a side business? Not sure.

I did a couple massage, thanks to a Groupon deal. I got Jesse - pretty buff guy. My boyfriend got Kaye. He said Kaye did a pretty good job massaging his back/neck - where he was feeling a lot of pressure. But he also mentioned that he could have used a little more time on the neck to /really/ relieve the stress he felt there.

But it was a full body massage, so I understand that she couldn't focus completely on that one area.

As for me, I had Jesse and I requested a firm massage. I'm a pretty small girl, but I really want you to knead my muscles so they can feel like they're about to melt off my back. He was firm.. but maybe a little too firm at times? The next day, I felt pretty sort in some areas. My back didn't feel that much more relieved after I left... just a little bit?

Don't get me wrong. They are both very nice but I'm not sure I got what I wanted out of that Groupon deal.

This place is such a blast... from the 80s. It's very cute but I feel a tinge of pity for the waitresses dressed up in cheesy, almost mocking, Danish garb. But, it is what it is and their orange juice machine making fresh juice won me over.

Service was good and they never left us waiting, not even for a second.

I ordered their yummy pancake combo with strawberries and it didn't disappoint. After all, it was what their known for. It was good, but I'm not sure it was amazing!

The location is pretty good - not too far from the "center" of town and next to a bakery if you're craving some dessert (or dessert to go).
