Exactly what the coffee shop experience should be.

I was very shocked to find this hidden gem in Irvine. After a quick workout at the gym this past Friday, my gf and I decided that we should go and get some food. I was intrigued by the Italian language that I heard as I walked in. We sat down fairly promptly given that the restaurant was packed. The waiter and I conversed in Italian and I was starting to feel more and more comfortable about my decision to come to the restaurant.

I had Stracciatella and it was really delicious with spinach. My main dish was Le Garganelle with Salmon and that was also excellent. Gelato to top everything off was perfect right after this meal. I hope to go back soon.

I'm not sure how many more words of flattery I can think of and bestow on MOLV. The staff and the service that they provide has always been excellent. The hotel itself is really quite nice as well.

Had dinner here last night with my gf and her good friend that lives in town. I had never been here before and everything was delicious. We got in pretty late, but they sat us down quickly and asked us to order everything in one fell swoop before the kitchen closed down. Everything that we had last night was delicious: the charbroiled rice ball, stuffed mushrooms, squid, scallops. I would definitely go back.

I've been using Lucy's now for a few years and I have always gotten excellent service and high quality work. I used to bring my clothes into a different fluff and fold, but now I use Lucy's pickup and delivery service and it is absolutely great. I schedule my laundry with Gary and it's always picked up and delivered back as promised. After scheduling the appointment time, I simply leave my laundry outside my door and it's collected. When the laundry comes back, I get an e-mail receipt of the transaction. Very efficient.

I'm also very eco-conscious and so I have asked that the plastic wrapping be left off, and as requested, the additional plastic wrapping is no longer there. The service and quality of their work are both excellent. So, I'm happy to give them five stars. Show owner comment »

Excellent customer service at this store. They helped me from start to finish with my rental wetsuit. Then, on the return of the wetsuit, I got there right at closing and they were flexible enough to wait for me.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to give zero stars but there is simply no reason for the poor customer service here. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere. I am here with a friend today and the Service advisors are aware that we are waiting and walk right by us each time. The worst part, at least, what I have heard from my friend, is that this is the fourth visit to the dealership to get something very simple done.

Working in a customer service oriented business myself, I find it inexcusable that updates are not given on a timely basis. I also find it inexcusable that Service Advisors (with titles of Assistant Service Managers) walk by customers without acknowledging our presence. Again, best to take your business elsewhere in my humble opinion.

This one of my favorite and local casual Thai places. The food is consistently good here and one of the biggest perks is that they are open late considering they are in Irvine. Service is also very attentive each time that I have been there.

OK, so didn't actually use their services so I can't review them for that. I will say that we went in there after having been in Paul's TV across the street. We had some simple questions on mounting a flat screen using an existing in wall mount. The guys at Paul's did not answer any of our questions. Instead, they provided us with a lot of FUD while trying to sell us a completely new TV wall mount.

The guys at Czar on the other hand, sat down with us to understand what we were trying to do. They explained everything and even gave us a few extra screws and washers for the job. We asked them how much we owed them for their time and the screws and they said, "No problem."

Later that night we got the TV mounted with no issues.

I've been here a few times already with the most recent time being a dinner after a movie. The food, in my opinion, is quite delicious and some of the best tasting, homestyle Peruvian food that I've ever had. The bread is not fancy, but as I like to say to many people that are expecting fancy bread, if you want fancy bread, you should go to a bakery. The bread, to me, is perfect for its role in the evening's meal, to mop up the peruvian sauces, both the dipping sauces and the delicious stuff that's left behind on your plate.

The service is, well, klunky. That's probably the best way to describe it, because it is not bad at all, it's just funny sometimes. For me, since I'm not eating at a Michelin 3-star, I'm not expecting that type of service nor am I paying for it. So, I'm totally fine with the way things are handled however klunky it is and to it's really part of the charm of being at the restaurant.

So, in short, try this place because the food is delicious but don't expect to be blown away by the service. The good news is that you will have great food at excellent prices.
