Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. We reserved a large group for father's day only to be placed in a corner table by revolving doors with NO light. Not only could we not read the menu but it was so dark we would have not been able to see our food. We requested to be moved to a different table only to be told there were none available despite a half empty restaurant at the time. When we pointed our a different table with adequate lighting we were told that they were about to turn down the lighting for that space. A flashlight the size of a crayon was then placed in front of my father upsetting him further. To save the occasion i asked for the possibility of some candles only to be turned down as well. The waiting staff were friendly and were taking the brunt of the situation. The manager was rude, dismissive and clearly could not care less. My husband could not believe the the restaurant as soon as we walked in as he couldn't actually see where he was walking. It begs the question - why so dark? What are they trying to hide? We left without eating only to have an amazing evening where we could all see our food and surroundings at Bennihana's . Father's Day was saved from near disaster.

We are very fortunate to be able to have Eric as a teacher. He has helped our son reach new heights in piano to the extent that he was able to secure a position in the highest Jazz group in High School as a freshmen. Now he is paving the way for our two 8 year-old daughters to be well-rounded musicians and maintaining their enthusiasm at the same time. It is through his unselfish dedication to his students and extreme attention to detail that has exceeded our expectations in the progression our children. I too, take lessons, and despite the limited time I have been able to dedicate, I have progressed beautifully as well. I don't say it lightly that we are privileged to have Mr Sutz guide us down our musical path.

My husband and I surprisingly had a terrific experience at Knauz. I say surprisingly, because the process of buying a car sometimes is not the most pleasant of situations. Our "Client Advisor" was Judy Powell. She was such a refreshing change from a recent experience we had at a different dealership. We had a vehicle already in mind. We spoke first with Howard the day before telling him the details of the car we were looking for and said car was ready in the showroom, washed, polished and ready for a test drive. Given our winter this year, this was much appreciated as "the different dealership" we visited a few days prior made us walk up and down the snow and cold in search for the vehicle we wanted, by clicking the key to see which one lighted up. We had a vehicle to exchange and finance to sort out as well and NOT ONCE did we feel on-guard or that we had to play the sales game. Well done Knauz if this is your strategy - and very well done to Judy and her colleagues that helped us. We are very happy customers. We have owned many BMWs over the years and have had dealings with many dealerships. No question we had the best experience in Knauz.
