Wink is the bomb. Tori does my cuts and color and she rocks! I can always get an appointment within a few days, and one time when my color didn't come out the way I thought it would, she let me come back the next day for free to fix it! The Wink staff also trims my bangs for free in between haircuts. This is a great place to go - the first salon I've been back to more than twice in Virginia! I've been going there for over a year now. :) The decor and atmosphere is really cool, and so are all the products they sell.

My only suggestion - get some Bumble & bumble products on those shelves. =)

Decent place to eat and drink, but not if you want anything healthy. The food's alright, and the service is okay. The place is loud and obnoxious. Not a big fan. I also find the owner to be somewhat rude and sneaky. Won't ever go back.

The only microbrewery in Virginia Beach! This place has great food, great service and great beer!! They're loyalty program is awesome - you buy the GB Passport for $20, but they send you a $20 giftcard to return in the mail AND they send you coupons for a free entree and dessert during the month of your birthday. Then you can earn points every time you eat at GB and redeem them for giftcards and other free stuff. Plus, the GB Passport gets you to the front of the line - VIP seating. :)  They do take reservations and they also have a room for private parties. Food is excellent - check out the menu online. My favorites are the bruschetta, the barbeque burger, the tomato soup and the wedge salad.

One more fun thing - tapping parties four times a year when GB taps the first keg of their seasonal beer!

Overpriced, always too cold inside, SLOW service. :(

Beautiful property, close to Town Center and Interstate. Minutes to the Oceanfront and downtown Norfolk. Great location! 1, 2, and 3 BR apartments. Great leasing and management staff, responsive maintenance staff, reasonable prices. Ashbrook has a pool, a clubhouse and a gym. Overall, a nice place to live!!!
