I just came back here yesterday, this time with my mother, aunt, and cousin for a quick dinner. In the five months since my last visit, it seems they've redecorated a bit, adding chalkboards that cover most of the walls. Cool way to display the menu and kind of turn it into artwork.
The meal we had was as good as my last one. I had the vegetable quesadilla (which, as it happens, is a wrap), which contained a whole bunch of veggies along with hummus, feta, and salsa. It. Was. Delicious. I also had an almond chocolate chunk cookie (also very good) and the Rolo mocha I'd wanted to try the last time I was here. Unfortunately, that mocha was a serious disappointment, but the rest of the meal (and the caramel brownie cheesecake I brought home and ate later) more than made up for it. I was too wrapped up in my own meal to really take note of what my companions were eating, but whatever it was, they had positive things to say.
So yeah. Great food, good atmosphere (pretty quiet - there weren't more than a handful of other people in the place when we were there), clean bathroom - highly recommended.
I went here to catch up with an old friend and have to say it was a great choice. It's a cute little shop with some exposed brick and lots of photos of the amazing cakes they've made in the past. One woman was complaining that it was too cramped, but I found it cozy, and unlike some cafes, it wasn't too loud to carry on a conversation.
Beyond the atmosphere, the food was great. I had the beer & cheddar soup, which was awesome - tangier and not as creamy as other similar soups I've had elsewhere, and it incorporated corn in a way I actually didn't hate (a rarity). The coffee drink selection was more varied than most cafes I've been to, including those in Manhattan. I had a Snickers mocha, which was good, and I'd like to try the Rolo mocha in the future (I've never seen that anywhere else).
And the baked goods. Oh, the baked goods. The three of us split a chocolate peanut butter cupcake, a German chocolate cupcake, and a peanut butter brownie. Although the peanut butter cupcake was a bit drier than I'd like, it tasted quite good, and the texture and taste of everything else was very good as well.

Good food with huge portions. I had the lobster congee, which I really enjoyed. They were kind of slow bringing the food out but reasonably quick with drinks. The drinks are pretty expensive for what you get, especially compared with the food, but decent enough. There can be a wait, but I went with a group of 10 on a Sunday night and we only waited 20 minutes or so.
