meat quality was decent for the non frozen meat, brisket and tongue were standard grade. side dishes were bleh and service was inconsistent. we dumped the side dishes and concentrated on an "all meat all the time" policy. we ate 40 dishes and stole one from the other table. booyah!! overall we came out victorious. 16.99 ayce. tables were tight for our group of 6.
made an appt for a local estimate. no one showed up, no phone call to cancel the appt, just left me hanging. bad business practice.

3 stars is for a decent experience where i actually left not cussing the whole store out. i was shocked too. they actually helped me get my battery out when my shitty phone froze, made an attempt to problem solve when the phone didn't turn on and had a new loaner phone available since my defective phone that has to be shipped back. bonus for no long lines.

t-mobile service is still torturous and horrible, however the service at this t-mobile store was actually very helpful. as an unintentional expert on t-mobile stores,I've been to 4 so far. i can attest to this being one of the only stores where the employees have some knowledge about the phones and the procedures to rectify the crappy phone dilemma. two guys actually sat there and called ALL the stores helping me locate a loaner phone.

this location is completely useless. they don't know much about the phones they're in charge of and you get the distinct feeling that you're interrupting their playtime when you ask for assistance. the girl that was helping me had to run off and ask her co-workers for answers which they also did not know. after several attempts to gain info about a potential new phone i decided another store might be a better option.
i hate t-mobile, the service is crap and this store is a direct reflection of the utter crappiness that is tmobile. i got a new phone that was "jiggly" in an unintentional manner. the customer service people are telling me i need to go to the store, the store is refusing to help me because it was purchased from tmobile online. me and the other 6 people we standing in line just to remain unhelped. no attempts to call with me to get a straight story, no loaner phones or attempts to help me locate a loaner phone. even evil verizon has better service than this.

newer place near the trader joe's. well lit, new and clean massage chairs. i like that they pulled everything out of sanitized baggies. spa pedicure is 15 bucks, beverages are free. the major problems are that they let one of their children run loose and screaming in and out of the nail salon. the lady behind the counter is yell talking to the chick doing my pedicure and she has to stop what she's doing to turn around and yell talk right back. then my nail chick decides to add on treatments that i'd already turned down. i had to remind her that i only wanted the regular run of the mill pedi and not anything else. she looked all put out by it. nails looked good, but the attitude earned her a $2 tip.
went for dim sum with my friends that frequent the place often. there was no wait, carts were coming by with new items every few minutes, the staff were very accommodating and communicated with us through pantomime. it was live action brunch complete with charades.
we went later in the evening after calling to see if they could accommodate three of us. turns out they close at 11 pm. it tripped me out to enter a dark room with bird chirps and waterfall sounds in surround. the had those lit up nature scenes on all the walls and the big screen had "america's most wanted" playing on mute. i thought a foot massage meant my feet would get the bulk of the attention, but 50% of the hour + was concentrated on my back and arms. it was loverly. i slept like a baby, meaning i slept so long and deep i almost peed myself.

to-go servings are LAAARGE. so large that my brother had to eat out of a large salad bowl ~the circumference of a beach ball. i finally accompanied my brother out there and the restaurant is not visually stimulating at all, but the pho was high five delicious, we ate so fast and ravenously that the table next to us ( that was already eating when we arrived) was still slurping away when we went to wash our hands and pay. i concur that the fried egg rolls are dreamy. it came out HOT, ate it wrapped in lettuce, mint and something like perilla leaves...i don't know, but it made my mouth happy. it's nice to have a non korean or hipster sullied pho place to eat at.
