I am so happy to see more street carts showing up in the South Waterfront. We have the people, now we need the commerce. Let's Eat Thai Food is a welcomed addition to SWF. Better than that, the food is very tasty and they are the only cart in SWF open on the weekend (and evenings on the weekdays). The owners are very nice as well.
We wanted to try it out today (Sunday) and scraped our quarters together. Five dollars was all we needed. The Pad Thai (my girlfriend is not as adventitious as I) was tasty.
There are some tables and chairs on-site and in the shade. You can call in your order and do a drive-by pick-up as well.
I will be going back to try another of the standard Thai fare and will update the review.
If you live in the SWF, give them some business. If you work in SWF, give them some business. Support your local Thai food cart!

Have you ever watched No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain? Do you remember how he talks about eating in amazing restaurants where the chef is stressing over the quality of the meat cut, the heat of the pan, and the placement of the sides? You know how he talks with respect about food? MIX is what he is talking about.
The food was amazing. Well planned prix fixe menu. Trust the chef, try something new. Drink wine, avoid coke.
Also, expect to drop about $100 per person.
Enough about the food, lets talk about the view - breath-taking. 64 stories up and looking up the Las Vegas Strip. It does not get any better than this.
Overall, it's an impressive restaurant in an impressive location, that will leave you...impressed.

Some of the best food deals on the strip (steak and eggs, Chinese food). It's not fancy, it's not big, it's just good and affordable (cheap doesn't feel right). The room is small so it gets hella crowded. Expect to wait at least 30 min for a party of four. If you go after 2am, you get some good people watching for free, but it's going to be twice as crowded at that time.

Boston Ice Tea (Cranberry and Tea) - YOU'RE WELCOME - ask for it by name. I want to get this added to the menu so help me out.
They also make a cranberry juice and lemonade with a sugar rim that is sofa king great.
Food is good, service is good. It can get pretty packed during regular meal times and after 2am.

It's a four star club in Las Vegas. Well designed, good door service, good bar service, good music.
The chicken is hella juicy and they have some great specials. It's a great HITW (hole-in-the-wall) Mexican restaurant. They sell everything from street tacos to monster burritos.

Being that I have lived in La Verne for about 33 years (on and off the past 10), I like to think that I know when something awesome is happening in the city. Corner Butcher Shop is something awesome.
It's not an everyday kinda place (not for my current wallet) but if I had the means, I would eat here first. The best sandwiches, meat selections, and customer service. I also like the assortment of drinks, from classic coke to 3 types of ginger beer.

Located more in Tacoma then Seattle, SEA-TAC is a monster. A big, beautiful sea monster with shiny skin and big glass eyes. She draws you in with her multi-terminal Starbucks locations, burger king, and under ground train system. Getting around SEA-TAC is easy. Getting to and from SEA-TAC is easier.
Well done citizens of Seattle, you have a wonderful gateway to the clouds.
Remember, there are 3 or 4 lines in the security area. Go to the last line because people are sheep and will stand in the first line.
