Avoid this place like the plague. Severely over priced, unless you like paying top dollar for a tiny HOT apartment with walls as thin as paper. How they compute your water and waste usage is beyond me, but its usually 40 dollars or more!!! This makes no sense to me, and to pay online there is a 7 dollar fee!!! The management here is not the best either, takes forever to get any real issues fixed, and its usually shabby repairs. The woman who runs Vista Capri North has a serious attitude problem and is known to call the cops and file false police reports. Like I said, avoid like the plague! Only thing positive is that its central to just about everything in San Diego.
