When I put it in my mouth, the sous-vide soft-boiled egg made me swoon.

I have generally liked most of the crepes I've had at Cafe Crepe. I crave and miss savory crepes being served with the traditional Breton sarrasin/buckwheat batter, but since this isn't France, I shouldn't complain.

However, tonight was the first time I was dismayed at what was on my plate and so I just wanted to make a public service announcement so you don't make the same mistake I do: If you order the strawberry/banana/Nutella crepe, the aforementioned ingredients which are listed on the menu, will be served to you under chocolate sauce of Hershey's-esque quality.

The delicious Nutella you were expecting will be barely perceptible, hiding inside the crepe which is swimming in the sauce under a mound of whipped cream. For the purist, this is a bit bewildering, so I advise requesting the Nutella crepe, hold the cup of chocolate sauce.

What a surreal and crazy concept to combine cajun and Vietnamese cuisines! I ordered the Cajun Bun which was the traditional Vietnamese Bun served with cajun sausage and crawfish. The crawfish fortunately tasted really fresh and it was surprisingly spicy and delicious, with cilantro and carrots and dried onions complementing the meat and vermicelli.

While the ambiance is somewhat lacking (I abhor the overhead fluorescent lighting that is ever-present in strip mall restaurants), it does have a rather eye-catching combination of Vietnamese and Cajun decor.

Every time someone walks into my bedroom, the first thing they notice is my Sarabi Studio stainless steel bench. It is a beautiful piece with perfectly joined seams and a really nice soft feel to the brushed steel.

I am amazed that we have this kind of craftsmanship and gorgeous design for modern furniture in Austin. I love the combination of natural woods and organic shapes with clean lines and metals in their furniture.

I've been thinking about which piece to get next. It's fun to see their steel planters around town and I also loved the painted reclaimed file cabinet planters that I saw at an Austin Home Show too. Maybe I'll try to pimp my garden or give my indoor plants a more swanky home!

Very reasonable prices for the quantity and quality of food. We had chicken with pistachios and apricots surrounded by shittake jus, tender squid with capers, a great port and a rich chocolate dessert. My mouth is watering as I think about it!

I am very picky about which real estate agents I work with. After some difficult and costly experiences trying to buy a house on my own, I doubted I could find anyone who would be experienced enough to meet my standards. Fortunately, through a friend's recommendation, I found the GoodLife Team and was thrilled with the experience I had in having them help me find my dream home.

Scott Wiley, my buyer's agent, was dependable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. When I needed a lot of information about any of the properties we saw, he diligently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my questions were answered. It was great how he and the team kept the process on track and made it all a lot less stressful.

I felt very fortunate that we found my dream home in the first week after looking at a small handful of properties! All in all, a great experience.

Straightforward deliciousness. Bring your appetite.

I was glad to have the lowdown from the other reviews on how to navigate this place and shared the info with some confused tourists who were grateful. Thanks, Yelp!

Now to devour the rest of this gargantuan fresh prosciutto, mozzarella and sun dried tomato sandwich! Sooo tasty!

Tasty pastries and nice cappuccino with a thick head. I came in for the Sacripantina, but when I saw its size, I realized that I should probably bring a friend back to enjoy it with me. Instead, I got a bunch of other delicious goodies (macaroon, almond cookie, jelly cookie, hazelnut biscotti) and I left satisfied.

The ambiance isn't the most deluxe, but being able to sit out front makes for a good street spectacle on a nice day.

I wish I'd gone to this restaurant more when we used to live in this hood! This is absolutely delicous "special occasion" cuisine with very unique and artful presentation. The staff was very attentive and friendly and gave great recommendations.

We started out with a couple of the aged wines as aperitifs, and my favorite was a sweet aged wine (ambre) from the south of France which had a very distinctive taste.

They gave us a nice variety of on-the-house amuses-bouches and palate cleansers between the courses that were unique and tasty, like the carrot-ginger soup and the soft-boiled egg with cauliflour cream.

As far as what I enjoyed the most: The Hudson Valley foie gras was the best I've had here. The Butter Poached Lobster on a Butternut Squash Ravioli, Toasted Almonds, Celery Root and Apple with Truffled Poultry Jus was exceptional. The duck was well-prepared, but a bit more gamey than I usually prefer; I assume this is strictly a matter of taste.

I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount of non-pasteurized cheese choices they had. I ordered two of my old favorites: the Comte and Bleu d'Auvergne, and also ordered the extremely nose-strong Epoisses which they fortunately serve with a spoonful of onion sorbet as a palate cleanser at the end. So that I didn't end up with the strong cheese to finish off the evening, they served us a variety of tasty petit-fours as well, which was much appreciated.
