The place is small but not nearly as small as some of the places in the North End. I had the Ravioli alla Antonio and it was amazing. I uploaded a pic of it because it looked as good as it tasted.
I'll definitely come back again.
Ultimately they didn't even help me. Instead of a phone call they sent my plated back to the registry. Would not tell me when or why.
Get your car towed from someone else. These people aren't worth your time or money.
My main complaint is with the "Free High Speed Wi-Fi". I am a web developer and having Wi-Fi is an important part of trying to find a hotel to stay at. I might lose business because I was mislead to believe I would be able to use the internet from my room on my laptop. If I ever did get a signal it was no more than 8% and that is IF I had a signal. I hope this helps others not make them same mistake I made.
Breakfast was bland: microwaved eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee.
Walls are thin: TV next door kept my gf up all night.
Vending machines were limited: One was unplugged and another was out of service. Had to walk to the other end of the hotel on another floor to find beverages.
TV had some premium channels which was nice although every station was a bit fuzzy.
Good news is I shouldn't have a reason to have to stay here again.
I also learned that J's has WiFi now. Finally a place I can check into Foursquare while I'm waiting for my food from within the establishment.
The staff is very friendly and the service is very speedy compared to the first day I went.
Still need to try their roast beef.

I think I went on opening day, or the day after. This place is a lot nicer than the KFC that used to be here, you can tell they went to town redesigning. I tried to get on FourSquare or Yelp from inside the restaurant but I had no signal so I had to wait until I got home to write this review. Happens in most places in Swampscott so its not really a big deal.
Overall, I'm excited to have this place across the street. Living in Essex for awhile got me real fond of some friend clams so its nice to have some seafood nearby. I'm also a roast beef fan as much as the next guy so its nice to have that around too. I ultimately went with the Buffalo Chicken Wrap for my first J Quick Kitchen experience and I was not disappointed. They packed it good with crispy chicken tenders smothered with some tasty buffalo sauce. I've been craving good buffalo chicken in Vinnen Square for a couple months now as Rizzo's across the street left me extremely disappointed.
Service was friendly although a bit awkward because I was the only customer and there were about 10 people working. Looking forward to my next visit and bringing some friends.

McGoo's Pizzeria

Instead I received a half assed chicken WING dinner with NO salad and no honey mustard. The wings were pretty good but the fries tasted like they had been microwaved.
Not the best first experience.
The pizza is great and the people that work there are very nice. Just no sudden movements and don't order the medium with double extra cheese sauce.
But all in all I've got a lot of fond memories eating at this dump and hopefully many more to come.

Curtains didn't close all the way and the rooms were very tiny. There was also a musty smell we every time we walked in the room. Only additional info we found in the room was 3 laminated pages of local restaurants and worship locations for the "Welcome Inn".
Pros:
Flat screen TV (only 13 channels), microwave, mini-fridge, heat works well and it was less than a quarter mile from where the rest of our family was staying.
