The food here is delicious and it's pretty entertaining to watch it get cooked in front of you. Every time I've ever gone the service has been awesome too.
I've gone here a few times, but on one occasion I went with a group of people and we were sat under pipes that were leaking water. The waitress was clueless, so we had to get a manager, who couldn't move us, but brought us cups with lids and comped our appitizer.

I should knock them down to one star for claiming to be a "family friendly establishment". I wouldn't take my kids there, and I don't think anyone else should either. Some of the patrons are rather creepy.
On any normal night this place is pretty much empty. Not sure how it stays open. Full bar, and a back room with pool tables and video games. Also connected to a cigar bar, and you can't beat the fact that they are open until 4am seven days a week.
It's a decent bar for the average night out when you don't want to spend a lot of money.
We opened the pizza and just by looking at it, you could tell it had been sitting there for a long time.... The whole pizza was cold and it tasted gross because there was no sauce. Blah!

Not horrible on prices, but the parking lot alone is so messed up and awful that I will probably never go there again.
I had chicken with steamed rice and an eggroll. Full meal and tip cost me under 10. It doesn't get much better than that.

And it's expensive! 10 bucks for a burger with no fries (which are around 4 bucks extra), 1 slice of cheese, small cup of sauce, choice of bun, and 4 basic toppings (and I'm talking about the real basic ones; the standard lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles at most places are not standard here. Plus, order any more than four and it's and extra fifty cents each.) Along with the basic sides, you can add "specialty" items (like a fried egg or bacon) for a dollar each. A burger can easily cost 13 bucks, add on French fries and a drink and you're spending 20 bucks per person! For that kind of money I could be eating a much nicer meal.
The food was decent, the sauces were interesting and tasty, and the service was good.
Date
The first time, it was decent. The music was loud, and the service was so-so, but the food was OK, and the prices were fair so it wasn't that bad.
The second time was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant.
We get there (6 of us) and we're sat at this large table. The menu had changed since the last time, so it took us a few minutes. But we were all ready to order before the waitress had even greeted us. It took her a while bring our drinks out, but she was friendly and we were in no hurry so it wasn't a big deal.
First, they served my husband a warm beer. This wouldn't have been an issue if he didn't have to not only argue for another one, but argue to have the warm beer (that he took one sip of) taken off of his bill.
The longest wait was for our food. We waited over an hour for it! The waitress came by our table twice during that time, only to refill the beverages, not really say anything. When asked, she said she would go check on our food...only to seemingly hide for a while. The place was not busy we were one of maybe 8 tables in there.
We knew that something had gone wrong, when the manager came up and offered us all a round of shots on the house. He made it seem like it was for no reason, but I've worked in the restaurant industry long enough to know that they're trying to fix an issue. Still, he wouldn't give us an apology or explanation of why our food was taking so long.
Finally our food comes out......and it wasn't worth the wait. Most of it was cold. What a disappointment. We were all starving though so we ate it without complaining. During the meal everyone orders another round, and the waitress spills one of the beers. Again, the other guy has to ask for a new one, and argue over paying for the spilled one.
Then, we're all finished and the waitress comes by. Asks if we want dessert. Everyone says no. She disappears, and thus begins the waiting game again for our checks.
Waiting....
Waiting....
Waiting....
Finally, she brings them. No thank you, or apologizing (we got there right before 6, and left at 8:30...way too long to spend at a restaurant like that!). We all pay and leave.
Never ever again.
