0 stars if I could.  This place a joke and an insult to the Irish everywhere.  Don't let the Irish name fool you - it's not an Irish place.  The worst service, the worst food - the worst business - in one of the best locations in all of San Diego.  Not sure what their deal is - the place just doesn't fit in.

This is my favorite cafe and deli in San Diego. The vibe is way cool - ya just gotta see the decor and experience the atmosphere.

The coffee is better than Starbucks (bought local), the whole grain toast is phenomenal (also bought local), and the roasted tomatoes that come with breakfast are a taste of Italy (made in house).  They also have the coolest mimosa sampler I've ever seen.

The turkey and avocado croissant is spectacular for lunch - the best turkey sandwich I've ever had.

I have a career where I work on a computer anywhere from 6-14 hours each day.  I've done this for 12 years.  Prior to 3 months ago, I had developed a severe shoulder pain in my left shoulder and have battled migraine headaches regularly over those 12 years.  In December of 2010 my migraines reached a peak, whereby I was having them 3 times each week - I was miserable.  Although I had been getting massages on a regular basis, they would only help my symptoms for a couple days.  

Though very skeptical, I finally decided to try a chiropractor.  I visited West Coast Chiropractic because my wife was very happy with her experience there.  She currently sees Dr. Nick Schembri about once a month.  

When I was first screened, Dr. Nick share with me that a healthy spine has three natural curves in it.  Due to my years of working at a computer, my screening revealed that my neck was missing that natural curve (my neck was completely straight), and in fact was the cause of my migraine headaches.

I've worked with Dr. Nick for about three months now (dated May 3, 2011).  My migraines have been reduced from multiple times each week to about once a month.  The pain I'd had in my left shoulder for the last 5 years has completely disappeared.  On top of that, my neck curvature has returned to normal.  

I feel that Dr. Nick really cares about my health.  Most doctors of all types, in my experience, treat healthcare like a business more than actually wanting to heal people.  Dr. Nick is the opposite.  He has been there every step of the way through my healing process - from adjustments to recommended exercises and eating habits.

I can't say enough about how good I feel, now that my ever present pain has disappeared.  Dr. Nick is competent and caring - everything I hope for in a doctor.  I highly recommend anyone needing chiropractic to visit West Coast Chiropractic.

I called for the first time today.  I was energetically greeted and then transferred to an attorney that had expertise in Washington County - Colin Amos.  

I've spoken with several attorneys over the years for mainly corporate matters - I've seen my fair share of incompetence.  Not this time.  I called regarding divorce / child support issues.  Colin demonstrated a very high level of knowledge and experience, and I genuinely felt like Colin had my best interest at heart.

When all was said and done, Colin gained my trust and I will use him and only him if it becomes necessary.  Thank you Colin.

Jason was responsive and did what he said he would do.  He inspected and replaced all faulty equipment in my outdoor security lighting system.  He made it super easy for me.  He was a pleasure to work with. He's my new electrician:)

The best Mahi Mahi tacos I know of - $4.95 each.  The tacos have very generous portions of Mahi. One taco fills me perfectly. Directly across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel on one side and the Convention Center on the other side.

Inside is very cool, swanky, and urban of course with a Tequila theme. Awesome place to chill and have a drink - especially on Friday and Saturday.

I've got three tattoos there.  The quality is excellent, price is normal, and they take sterility serious.

Haven't had the food but if you want a DJ, music, and dancing on a Monday night, it's the place to be. The only Monday night party place I know of in the Gaslamp district.
