Poor unresponsive customer service.  Expensive, bad quality items.  Returned my purchase for a full refund three weeks ago and have not been refunded yet.

Value friendly, I repeat, value friendly.  Best bang for your buck?  Yes.  If you want a five-star sushi experience, go elsewhere where you can spend beau coup bucks!

YUM!  Outstanding sandwiches - great fillings, great bread.  Everything I've had tastes delicious, which so far has been two sandwiches (meatball and pot roast with mushroom and cheese).

They have a simple but perfect patio area for outdoor dining.  There's some kind of deal every day.  For example, Thursdays are "Thirsty Thursdays" and you get a free drink with your order.  Score!

Came here for some takeout after a long afternoon of shopping (hard work I know) at nearby Nordstrom Rack and other stores. Pleasantly surprised to be ushered to a table even though I was ordering to go. A glass of ice water and bowl of edamame (albeit mushy) soon followed. What?? Did someone call ahead and tell them yelp elite was coming?

While I was there, around 10-15 minutes, service was very pleasant - all new customers were greeted and seated promptly and leaving customers were thanked by the sushi bar chefs.

Now the verdict on the rolls: large, a little messy, okay.  The batter on the spider roll was too much (over-tempura'ed soft shell crab).  The unagi roll was good and was a nice value.  The spider roll and dragon roll were a bit overpriced after seeing and eating the final result.  All the rolls unfortunately had too much rice.  None of the rolls had finesse - there was a certain sloppiness to them that was okay to eat but not quite justifying the somewhat high prices.

There is nothing "express" about this place on "Dollar Wednesdays."  First, we waited in line in the restaurant section and were told that we would be seated in a few minutes.  Clearly, this was not going to happen with at least 3 parties in front of us and no food on most of the tables.  After waiting 15 minutes, and asking if we could order to go, we were told by Chris to go over to the "Express" side because it would be faster.  No such luck.

On the Express side, we again waited in line to order.  While waiting, we were told several times that our food orders would take 30 minutes.  When I finally got up to the counter, 15 minutes later (this is with only 2 people ahead of me) and Diego gone a good portion of the time and super-frazzled, I decided I didn't want to wait an additional 30 minutes for *express* food and got my dollar back.

Here's some simple advice to Diego and your crew - don't take on more than you can handle.  While your reviews are predominantly five-star for now, you will lose customers from not being able to handle the extra business on Dollar Wednesdays!  Limit the number of discounts if you can.  You just lost one extremely disappointed customer.

I had a hankering for pie but no pie was available.  Decided to try the red velvet cake instead.

With a glass of milk, the red velvet hit the spot.  The slice itself was generous.  Easily devoured between two people.  YUM!
