The waitresses are cute, we got most of the trivia questions right, and the environment is fun. I didn't expect great food, and I didn't get it. What I got was cute cousins laughing and coloring as they sipped milk shakes from flashing soda glasses.

I have used All Core when an owner has left a bunch of junk that needs to be cleaned out of the house before we put it on the market to sell. He has taken batteries, metal wire, car parts, junk cars and motorcycles, appliances, etc. I even had him take something to the hazardous waste depot and he sent me the receipts for my files. If there is salvage value, he'll pay the homeowner, if not his hauling fees are reasonable.

It's a SF tourist destination. Lines are long, servings are generous and 2 sundaes and 2 coffees is over $25. We came here as kids and now the next generation is getting hooked on ghirardelli chocolate :-)

Great location with bay views and good - not great - food. Staff is super helpful and accommodated a large group very well. We had a great time with family and the bill was hefty.
$343 to flip a circuit breaker?
It's my fault for letting my tenant chose the electrician - and they paid cash so I can't even dispute it.
They charged $200 just to show up and then $143 to flip the circuit breaker. What's that - $34.30 a second!

Carlos and his son showed up at my house the same day I called. They worked long past 5PM. They showed me what was wrong, had the part with them and fixed my freezer in one call. Just in time for Thanksgiving. I'm not a big fan of the over promise under perform kinda sales people some tradesmen are. Carlos' down to earth service and professionalism is what prompted me to share him with you. Tell him Rebekah sent you. I think you'll be happy for the referral.

Great modern feel to the bedrooms. Very quiet. There is coffee in the room or in the lobby. Nice pool outside. We walked through Solvang during the day and hung at the Chumash Casino at night. There is a bus/shuttle that goes between venues. The only heads up is that the Spa is in the Casino Hotel NOT the Corque. Also, when ordering at the CASINO pool, they took our lunch to the Corque. Otherwise it feels like a super posh resort but at an amazingly affordable price.
PS Get a massage at the Spa then lunch by the pool. It's the ultimate in guilty pleasures :-)

We were in the middle of a property inspection when the inspector said the chimney had some 'give' in it. Right away, I realized we had a problem. I got on the phone and Jim made a special trip to come and check out the chimney. Turns out it was cracked at the shoulders. Jim spent a lot of time talking to my first time buyers about what that means, what to do with their fireplace insert, what to expect for repairs, etc. It's great to get knowledgeable advise and a super competitive rate bid. Jim has been around 30+ years, he always stands behind his work and we've never had to fix or repair anything he's done for us. That''s why, when I need it done right, he is always the first one I call.

Walk softly. I especially recommend the feeding times - make sure you get there for morning feedings - the jelly fish, the million gallon tank. So amazing!
