I'll keep it simple.
Long line (40 mins), good subs, park on Santa Monica and bring cash to get out quicker.
I'll be back

I didn't remember seeing that relish came on the burger but once i scraped it off the bun i could actually taste the burger which was magnificent.
Lacking one star on the fact that the burger was about $7 and was the size of an In-N'-Out burger.
make sure you got something to read. If the counter is all full you could wait a while.

Worst taco spot I've been to in a year and a half. Period.
We ordered 2 of every kind of soft taco they had to test the spectrum. When ordering they asked if we wanted "everything" on the tacos we said yes. They came out with a little bit of diced onion and old cilantro. Took one bite out of each one but were to illified to finish any of em. Chunks of grissel in the carne asada, the fish was way old and way way under cooked, the chorizo tasted like it was a week old however it was spicy. The chicken...well we think that's what it was. This place was a complete disaster and in need of a visit from the health inspector.
Also thought it was odd that a woman in front of us asked for more chips and they said they were out. She said that she would even pay for more. They said they were out. When our tacos came out there were chips on the plates. We immediately chucked those puppies to the garbage (and yes they looked bagged).
All i could think of was the episode from Kitchen Nightmares (the mexican restaurant) Oh and the salsas were all canned.
Save yourself a quarter per taco and go to El Super Taco up the street. or save yourself 40 cents and go to taco bell.
Picture me rollin'....far far away.

They lost a star strictly on the fact that they changed their wings from the big monster sized wings to the pinky sized wings. A shame because they HAD some of the best wings West of the 405. I would also be here way more often if the prices were a little more "recession friendly".
I also really wish they would remove some of the booths for a larger bar area. I feel like unless you drink at the bar you won't have the chance to interact with other people.
Connect Four on the tables....Word^

Best budget taco joint on the Westside (that i've found so far). Its open 24/7. I only get 2 things there and they are magnificent.
Go for either the carne asada tacos (with the red salsa) $1.25 each
or
Go with super nachos carne asada (with the red sauce) $6.50ish
Place is cheap, the asada is fantastic and tons of parking in the back.

Everything else was good though sans the homeless dude posing as a bus boy. A bus boy that eats everything on your plate that you didn't finish, and speaks a language only spoken by Bib Fortuna. I suppose it gives it an authentic feel.
I will try the cubanoesque sandwich next time. Steer clear of the Boston Market chicken doused in jerk sauce. Thought it was a bit too pricey for what you got.
$15 and still hungry.
