My wife and I try to get out to Amici's about once a year. The main reason we only get there that often is because it isn't a place to take small children and we don't get the opportunity to dine alone very often.

The food at Amici's is always AWESOME! I can't imagine ever being disappointed. The service is always very good and the staff is very knowledgeable about the dishes they serve. They also have a great wine list and selection of beer. Amici's is one of the few places that serves my favorite import, New Castle Brown Ale, on tap.

Amici's is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere for some top notch Italian cuisine, and it doesn't even have to be a special occasion.

I am pretty sure Dunny's used to be a Best Way Pizza franchise, so their pizza is somewhat comparable to Best Way. It's the square cut type of pizza. I would say Dunny's sauce is a little less spicy than Best Way, though. My favorite part of this restaurant is the Drive-Thru. It's so easy to just pick up some pizza on the way through town and not have to drag the kids in and out of the car.

To be completely honest, I haven't ever been a fan of their pizza products. I think that their sandwiches and salads are awesome, though. I was craving a cheese steak hoagie and new the place to get my fix! Their bread is awesome and good to the last bite. I haven't ever ordered a dinner, so I don't know if they are good or not. My advice, avoid the pizza and go with a sandwich or salad.

My family and I decided to get some Chinese food in Johnstown because my wife had a work related event she needed to attend, so based on the reviews of others on Yelp and Yahoo Local, we decided on the Hong Kong Buffet. We were hopeful that it would be as good as the Hong Kong Buffet in Altoona, which is our favorite Chinese buffet. We were not disappointed! They have a very similar selection as Altoona and the quality of the food is great! Another good sign was that it was very busy, so a lot of people must like it.

The young ladies serving drinks and taking dirty dishes were less than happy to be there, but they weren't mean or inconsiderate. Most of the time though at Chinese buffet's, the help really makes a big deal of the kids and gives everyone a laugh. This is not so, here.

The only other thing I would recommend is a little bit better care and cleaning of some of the facility. The food areas were very maintained, but the outside area and parking lot is very littered and should be cleaned up. Also, their is a fountain in the entry way that is very dirty (Algae, etc.) and the fish tank in the dining area I was in needed cleaned, as you could barely see the fish in the tank.

To summarize, if you want a great Chinese buffet dining experience with a good selection, choose this location! Maybe next time they will have walnut chicken, which is my favorite dish, but the walnut shrimp and honey chicken are decent substitutes.
