One downside is I have heard from several people about getting mild food poisoning from them, and cleanliness is not their forte, so be forewarned. Of course, lots of people eat there every day, so it's not like a huge gamble.

While I was a fan of Sentosa in Kirkland, I do like Noble Court. The dim sum lunch is my favorite. I also like their black bean sauce and dry (no gravy) chow fun (wide noodles) with char sui (BBQ pork). The chinese broccoli is nice, and I like their chili sauce.
And while the doorman opened the door for us, he looked unhappy and didn't even look at us or make any attempt at a greeting. The front desk was competent, but a tad odd since he could make no recommendations for the Gregorian restaurant for breakfast. Considering the fine job they did for breakfast, though not cheap to be sure (who'd expect it to be cheap?), it was odd that he seemed to know nothing about it.

I really like the seafood noodles (though they could be spiced up more), duck and the siam lettuce cups. We found the stuffed shiitake mushrooms to be lacking. Overall, they need to up the spice, but then maybe I need to order it that way since nobody asks how spicy do you like it.

Santorini Greek Grill

We've been going there routinely since it was a small Greek grocery store. Their original salad dressing was to die for, but I think they've switched to a commercial version that can't compete with the homemade of years ago.
I like the gyro and/or chicken souvlaki salad with side pita the most. In the summer, it's nice to add a cold beer.
The only downside is they are cash only, but it's a great place to stop especially if you're heading to the waterfront.
My favorite is a Mondito burrito, light rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo, cabbage, light jalapenos, hot sauce, cilantro and onions.

Miller's Martial Arts Academy
Category: Martial Arts
Sibok is a wonderful teacher, good with discipline, yet not overly pedagogical like some schools. He gives them lots of practical advice regarding self defense, and best of all are the "acts of kindness" the kids have to do to earn credit along with their martial arts skills. He's really pretty special.
We get the family dinners and they are reasonable at $24 for food for four, though I only need for three. But it makes a nice lunch the next day.
It is a teriyaki place, but it has a nice mix of chicken katsu, udon, spicy chicken, sweet pork and the beef has a nice ginger flavor. Pretty good for "fast food teriyaki"

I'm a fan of the mostly vegetarian selection. I go light on noodles, while my son goes heavy without rice, and order brown rice. I also find that I have to add lots of chili oil (drained) to get the spice sufficiently interesting, along with the garlic. I do like the pineapple's sweetness with the rest.
Once nice thing my wife likes is to get a half-and-half of chicken and tofu, and we both tend to get a mixed mongolian and mushroom sauce.
It's a fun spot if you're not looking for a great meal, unless you have kids!
