Eat. Drink.
Be happy. This is pure food. No rice. No foofy rolls, etc.
Pay the check.
(God help you if you ask for soy sauce, try to sit at a table, or walk in and ask for take-out.)

RIP OFF ALERT! This place should be boycotted for what they are doing. I put my card in the machine and without offering me an option to pay by debit or credit began to pump gas. The first time this ever happened to me, so I went in for a receipt. I was charged more than thirty cents per more per gallon than the list price on the sign. I inquired and he said that this was posted on the pump. Where? In microscopic letters? I am going to try and find a government agency to investigate this place. In the mean time, STAY AWAY.

This was a horrible experience of rote learning, and a lot of cut and paste dribble from DMV manuals. No laughing and painful learning at best. Pure drudgery peppered with a lot of typos. Ugh!

I have been systematically trying out every restaurant in Benicia. I started with Sahara and I must say the majority of the restaurants I tried pale next to Sahara's. I return here over and over again! I am a Falafel and hummus snob, and I was truly impressed here. The food is prepared with tender loving care, fresh and made from scratch. This is Mediterranean food at its best. The tabbouleh is zesty and full of herbs. I love the sunny ambiance of the establishment, with patios in front and in back, tastefully decorated. The owners are a delightful couple with many years in the restaurant business. Benicia has been blessed with culinary delight! Also, this place has wonderful light that glows throughout. So many restaurants are too bright - this place is all about relaxing ambiance.

Todor came by my home at 7:30 pm on a Friday night, at the end of a very long day. He still had plenty of customer service with a smile left, and It took him about 15 seconds to determine the problem AND fix it. I have a family member with a PhD in physics who had already spent a few hours trying to figure it out. I asked for a quote for some additional work, and then he left without charging me a dime. Was it all a dream? Here is to the wisdom of crowds - thanks Yelpsters!

From the first moment we spoke to Jane Hammond, we sensed we had found the right people to help us make our wedding celebration unique. Let's start with the fact that Jane answered the phone herself and helped me, a complete idiot at planning a wedding, make a good start. We interviewed several other firms, none of whom came close to the standards we were looking for. Jane's staff were all delightful, responsive, and creative in meeting our needs, and we did not experience one single bump or rough spot in service. We were invited to a live event to see them in action and experience their culinary expertise under pressure. Every aspect of our event took place like clockwork, and the implementation of all our planning was impeccable. The food was wonderful, and all of our guests went away raving about our wedding celebration. I have nothing but good things to say about the Jane Hammond team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event with soul, and delivered by polished and responsive professionals.

Swatdee Thai Cuisine

We order from Swatdee to be delivered several times per month. The food is consistently good, and the food comes hot and fresh. We have nearly tried the entire menu, rarely missing the mark. We have found Swatdee to be the most reliable Thai take out food in this part of the city.
