My mom's last night in Vegas and we wanted to make it a special night. So we thought we'd give Bradley Ogden a try. My son made reservations through the AMEX concierge and all went well. Seating was prompt and friendly when we got there. We were given both the standard menu and a Prie Fix menu. I opted for the Prie Fix, which was shrimp as an app., Striped bass as the main, and then bananas foster cake as the dessert. My mom was interested in trying the Pork tenderloin. My son went for the Bison. My son's friend for the braised short rib. And my wife had a prie fix of Blue cheese souffle, filet, and foster banana.
We all enjoyed the appetizers. Shrimp was excellent and the salads and souffles were very good.
On to the entrees. My striped bass was very tasty and had the consistency of a scallop. My wife's filet was excellent and cut like butter. My son's bison was also very excellent. As was his friends short rib.
Well, that leaves my mom and here pork tenderloin. It was not good. It was tasty, but it was not tender. I saw her trying to cut it and she was having a tough time. She distributed a piece to me and my son. We both found it to be very chewy and difficult to cut. We did help her finish the meal, but weren't happy with the pork.
When the waiter came around to ask us how our meals were, we told him that the pork was not tender. He gave us an explanation that people think it will be tender, but it is such a thin cut, that it is not tender. He then said, if you wanted something tender, you should have ordered the bison or the filet. To me, that is one big load of hogwash! I don't spend $60 a plate for tough chewy pork.
4 of the 5 meals we ordered I would give 4 stars to. But the pork would get zero stars. And service wise, that waiter needs to understand to respect the customer, as he did not.
So I won't be back.

If you've never been to VG, well you'll almost never be able to find it. It is in the back of a corporate style office building. Follow the VG signs on Charleston as to where to turn. Once you've valet parked your car, you'll enter in to a most beautiful restaurant that will transport you from a commercial office building to a gourmet experience! I had the beet salad with one of their homemade cheeses on it. Most excellent! A most excellent dinner and great service was had by all! Merry Christmas Vintner Grill!
We all liked the potato fries with different sauces that are provided in place of bread. It's a nice and flavorful change.
My mom had the salmon, my wife the lamb chops, and my son and I both had KC strip steak done rare.
The steaks were done just right, as was the salmon and the lamb. It took forever (about an hour after we ordered) to get our food. This was due to the amount of guests that were going to the Michael Jackson Cirque show that needed to get out of there pronto.
Since the wait was so long, my son ordered a second round of the potato fries appetizer. It never came. Our waitress then said the chef screwed up and it didn't get ordered. Would we like it now? We said no. And of course, no sooner do we say no, then we get the fries about 5 minutes after our entrees come.
All in all, 4 stars for the food, 1 1/2 stars for the service. I'm not sure if I'll return here or not.

Upon entering the store there was a short line at the pickup desk. But everything was handled very quickly, plus I was told to bring my car up to the front of the store entrance and they'd load the monitor in for me. So I'd be happy to use this service again.

Once there, we were greated warmly by the host who had our table all set. My wife had their special Thanksgiving Day Turkey meal, which she loved. She felt it was the best turkey she had ever eaten! It was moist, seasoned mildly and perfectly cooked. I had a big old steak that had a ton of flavor as did my son. We were all very pleased with our meals.
Excellent waiter service throughout made it a great time. Though the prices are a bit steep, we'll probably be back.
