Chuck E. Cheese

I'm a vet that is partially deaf in one ear.  With all the noise in this place I can't hear anything.

Apparently they call your number on the speaker overhead when your pizza is ready.  Every other Chuck E. Cheese I have been too just sets it on the table and leaves.  Not this place!

So when I go to my table to grab a drink one of the employee spots me and runs up behind me, grabs me and whips me around like I am her loverboy to tell me "I've called your number 4 times now".

First, it's noisy!  Second I can't hear anyway!  Third, don't touch me!!!!!  I seriously had a ballpen in my hand ready to attack her!

The pizza was already on the table, she only grabs me to tell me how tough her job was at using the PA system.  If she thought the only way to get my attention was to grab me in the first place, then what she told me would be irrelevant to anyone!

Today I had my 3 year old daughter with me, tomorrow I am debating bringing the police to press assault charges when talking with the manager!!!!

I get around and can't live without my coffee, so I know what to expect out of a Starbucks.  This Starbucks is as clean and friendly as most, but there is something odd about it that attracts the weirdest people.

On one visit some lady was telling the entire store on how only children in france work so the adults can lounge around.

Another visit some lady who looks like she hadn't showered in a month was cleansing ora's for free to the customers outside.  Which basically consists of waving her hands around their face.

Then after some kid attacked my car with a shopping cart, I went outside to yell at the mother who was trying to wipe the bugs off the front bumper.  Once I told her they were bugs she was grossed out and asked me how they got there.

Since then I make an effort not to go back unless I am in dire need and don't want to drive all the way up Truxel.  Most of my friends and me that know, now refer to this place as "Crazybucks" and stay away.  Service inside is great, but the circus outside is why I give it two stars.

OPEN A FRIGGIN REGISTER ALREADY!!!!

Yes, this place is huge.  But does that really matter since there is never enough registers open?  I have tried to buy frozen food and after standing in a line that goes back into the clothing section its melted and practically wasted by the time I am able to pay for it.

I have nothing against wal-mart but whoever is running this store needs to come to the front once in a while!!!

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and of all the other coffee houses in the area this is easily the best one around.

They have a daily question that if you answer right you get a free shot of esspresso, and a place to donate coffee to troops in Iraq, as well as a make-a-wish foundation basket.  Obviously the manager puts in some extra time to see that charities and such are given some attention.

Never too busy, but it is hard to find an outlet for my laptop at times.  If nothing else there are tables outside with outlets available on the terrace.

One of the best coffee houses I've ever been too.  I'm in there quite often with my laptop and seen others having trouble figuring out how to use the Wi-Fi and one of the staff is always eager to help.

For the guy that said "Starbucks is the new McDonalds", WTF are you talking about?  I have never gone into a McD's to relax, I go to shove my face full of food and leave.  There is no couch in McD's, there isn't any music, no ambience what-so-ever, just a bunch of kids screaming on the playground and sticky seats that are fixed in place.  Maybe you should open the door before you give someone a review, and 2 stars at that?

Worse customer service ever!!!!!

Bought a washable ink pad for my daughter, who is 3.  Got it home and the little one had green fingers for days after using.  Me and my wife were upset and decided to return it.

While trying to return it the nag at the counter (her name is Pam) refused to refund our money.  She continued to explain that it means washable as in it washes off of crafts.  I basically said WTF and flipped the pad over where it clearly said "perfect for kids" and "washable off fingers".  She said she would return it then continued to explain that she's not suppose to.  I guess this is where I should have shut up because I continued to explain I don't care what she think's washable means, I am pretty sure washable should mean it washes off clothes, fingers, and tables.  After I said that she went back to refusing to give us the refund, now with the excuse, "I can't take this back, it's used".

Fustrated I asked to speak to the manager to which she told me there wasn't one.  And that I had to come back tomorrow.

So now I have to haul my a$$ back to the store and explain all this to someone who obviously doesn't care or the store wouldn't have so many like reviews!

Stay away if you can!!!

Nice quiet little Starbucks, tucked away in a little corner of the plaza.  During the morning rush this place can get a little busy but the rest of the day its very quiet not much of a wait and my favorite place to get coffee.

One of the worse experiences renting I have ever encountered. The management feels it is there business to involve themselves in everything you do and bark orders at you like a drill sergeant. They live in the center apartment overlooking everyone one as they have no life of there own. If they feel you did something wrong they put a note on your door even if you are at home.

-No toys in the pool, this includes devices to help younger children learn to swim.
-No parking for a second car
-No guest parking, they will tell you to park on the street which can earn you a ticket
-No overnight visitors for more than 10 days (non-consecutive) during your lease contract (They do keep track, even though I don't tell them when I have a guest)
-Management will leave a note on the door explaining there will be no water tomorrow from 9am until whenever..., an earlier warning would of been nicer in case I happen to not leave for the day or notice the note.
-Constant construction (They have painted the exterior 3 times now in the past 6 months, which means over-spray on cars and items left on the balcony)
-Sprinkler system runs constantly so grass is always muddy, and sidewalks wet.
-Management is rude
-Management is nosy
-Management is invasive
-Management is strict
-Management are an embarrassment to the human race

This place is always very crowded and there is not much indoor seating.  If you plan on bringing a laptop you better have a good battery or be ready to fight for an outlet.

I am rating this place so low because of the outdoor area.  Several bikers visit and park on the sidewalk and occasionally show off there bikes.  Not cool if you're looking to spend some time outside drinking your coffee.  Then what is worse is no segregation for the smokers.  Its every other table and the majority of them look like pot head teenagers.

If you do plan on visiting then don't plan on staying, unless you are a smoker, without a laptop.
