Receptionist wouldn't even make an appointment because she didn't think she could accept my insurance... but wouldn't call my insurance company to confirm, said that I had to call them myself.  I already called my insurance company and that's why I was trying to make an appointment here in the first place!!!  

The lady who answers the phone didn't even want to work with me at all!  Told me they are a dental office they deal only with medical procedures and not with insurance companies, which makes no sense at all.  Can't even make an appointment due to the rude receptionist!!!

Called another dental office down the street and had my insurance accepted and an appointment made all within 10 minutes.

The only thing this Walmart is missing that would fit right in is an aisle of bongs and crack pipes.  Or maybe I ran out to quickly!

There aren't a lot of radio stations in Sacramento which play music that I like.  98 rock plays my music but I refuse to listen to them anymore simply because any of the DJ's they have are so full of themselves I end up screaming at the radio.

One of their DJ's mentioned something about the Iraqi war, and being an Iraqi war vet I called in to set the record straight.  The guy I spoke with told me how he didn't care to hear me "whine" halfway through my second sentence then hung up on me.  I suppose it shouldn't surprise me much that after reading his profile on the 98 rock web site that the guy only has a 7th grade education. Then we have the morning show where Rob seems to talk more about his fame and fortune more than any other subject.  At the same time he lives in a $500k house and claims to have over 1,000 bottles of wine.  (the majority of which are likely those $3 bottles you see in wal-mart)  Listening to this wind bag sounds more like some poorly executed infomercial about how to become rich than a morning show.

Overall the station is ridiculous.  I never though I would write a review on a radio station, but never have I been so disgusted before.  One person on the air blowing this much smoke I might avoid it during that time, but its 24/7 with these guys!  

It's no wonder that Snapple, Sonic, Chipotle Grill, Bank of America, Verizon, Carl's Jr, Wells Fargo, AT&T, Nissan and McDonald's have pulled their ads from this station.

OMG!  Had them for two weeks which meant I didn't have a phone for two whole weeks!  Called them daily on my cell phone because I couldn't even get a dial tone half the time which also meant I couldn't accept credit cards in my business 90% of the time for two whole weeks.

Finally switched back to AT&T which was two months ago and still fighting these guys who want to send me a $2,000 bill because I canceled my contract early even though I had 90 days in which I could cancel without the fee!

I call and try to get somewhere and get nothing but the run around and promises of them calling me back but no one ever does.  Afraid that now I have to hire a lawyer just to get out of this outrageous bill.

STAY AWAY!!!!  STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I regularly visit about half a dozen coffee shops a week, then occasionally visit the random one out of the way.

This Starbucks is one of my new regular stops.  Usually only on Monday mornings but after about a month or so the girl at the register already knows my drink.

Always friendly, always clean.  There is only one register available so the line can go a little slower than most early in the morning.

I like the gym cause its tucked away in a corner out of sight so its never that busy.  

Sometimes there is no one at the counter and I just walk in impatiently without them scanning my card, which I guess is no big deal but it makes me feel like I am sneaking in.  

The men's locker room only has one shower which I find odd, but fortunately for me I live nearby.

Never heard of any incidents but rumors about cars that park in the back overflow lot getting broken into, FYI.. better safe than sorry I park elsewhere.

Only give it four stars because it doesn't just jump out and say wow.  Otherwise its one of the better gyms' I have visited.

I'm a vet that is partially deaf in one ear.  With all the noise in this place I can't hear anything.

Apparently they call your number on the speaker overhead when your pizza is ready.  Every other Chuck E. Cheese I have been too just sets it on the table and leaves.  Not this place!

So when I go to my table to grab a drink one of the employee spots me and runs up behind me, grabs me and whips me around like I am her loverboy to tell me "I've called your number 4 times now".  

First, it's noisy!  Second I can't hear anyway!  Third, don't touch me!!!!!  I seriously had a ballpen in my hand ready to attack her!

The pizza was already on the table, she only grabs me to tell me how tough her job was at using the PA system.  If she thought the only way to get my attention was to grab me in the first place, then telling me how I neglected to hear her over some announcement is rather redundant!  

Today I had my 3 year old daughter with me, tomorrow I am debating bringing the police to press assault charges when talking with the manager!!!!

I get around and can't live without my coffee, so I know what to expect out of a Starbucks.  This Starbucks is as clean and friendly as most, but there is something odd about it that attracts the weirdest people.  

On one visit some lady was telling the entire store on how only children in france work so the adults can lounge around.

Another visit some lady who looks like she hadn't showered in a month was cleansing ora's for free to the customers outside.  Which basically consists of waving her hands around their face.

Then after some kid attacked my car with a shopping cart, I went outside to yell at the mother who was trying to wipe the bugs off the front bumper.  Once I told her they were bugs she was grossed out and asked me how they got there.

Since then I make an effort not to go back unless I am in dire need and don't want to drive all the way up Truxel.  Most of my friends and me that know, now refer to this place as "Crazybucks" and stay away.  Service inside is great, but the circus outside is why I give it two stars.

OPEN A FRIGGIN REGISTER ALREADY!!!!

Yes, this place is huge.  But does that really matter since there is never enough registers open?  I have tried to buy frozen food and after standing in a line that goes back into the clothing section its melted and practically wasted by the time I am able to pay for it.  

I have nothing against wal-mart but whoever is running this store needs to come to the front once in a while!!!

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and of all the other coffee houses in the area this is easily the best one around.  

They have a daily question that if you answer right you get a free shot of esspresso, and a place to donate coffee to troops in Iraq, as well as a make-a-wish foundation basket.  Obviously the manager puts in some extra time to see that charities and such are given some attention.

Never too busy, but it is hard to find an outlet for my laptop at times.  If nothing else there are tables outside with outlets available on the terrace.  

One of the best coffee houses I've ever been too.  I'm in there quite often with my laptop and seen others having trouble figuring out how to use the Wi-Fi and one of the staff is always eager to help.

For the guy that said "Starbucks is the new McDonalds", WTF are you talking about?  I have never gone into a McD's to relax, I go to shove my face full of food and leave.  There is no couch in McD's, there isn't any music, no ambience what-so-ever, just a bunch of kids screaming on the playground and sticky seats that are fixed in place.  Maybe you should open the door before you give someone a review, and 2 stars at that?
