They did a really nice job and only took a few hours. The only reason I'd not give 5 stars is they don't have a lot of pictures or physical tint samples to pick the right tint level so it was kind of a gamble but I did a bunch of research on web and came in knowing what i wanted. in terms of price and service, i was very pleased.

The place was full of screaming kids. The wait was long. The service was painfully slow. 30 minutes from completion of appetizers to having them bussed (after we asked). 50 minutes from appetizers being completed to arrival of entrees (after we asked).
And by the way, the reason why it took 50 minutes from appetizer completion to entree arrival? Because "it takes a while to make the stew." Seriously? You make stew to order? Did you raise the lambs in the back after we ordered as well?
30 minutes from asking for bill to getting them to take the credit card and bring a box. And we came *after* the main wave of tables had cleared.
I don't think I'll go again for a couple of years and only if it's on a weekday.

I went here three times. The first two were ok but the last one has given me food poisoning for the last 24 hours. Seriously, it's been very unpleasant and has ruined my weekend. I suppose every place has it's bad days but the GI issues that I've experienced are as bad as I've had for some years now.

Place was very good but not amazing. Their tea selection is quite impressive and the food was well prepared. Service was a tad slow and dishes were not as spicey as we like it (my wife is Singaporean - they eat chili peppers like candy).

felt like i was back on the east coast. gritty, greasy, and delicious. i got an 8 incher with pepers and mushrooms, small fries, and coke for like $10. the fries are surprisingly good and the cheese steak was delicious - they use nice bread as well.
there was a bit of a line at lunch time but nothing ridiculous. the only thing missing to take me back to my days on the east coast would be some ratty old arcade game.

Good prices but the slow service and semi-sloppy roll production (my spider roll didn't hold together well and had a lot of mayo). Also, the ginger looked brown instead of that nice salmon color. Speaking of which, the salmon didn't have a nice salmon color either. The Katsu Don was good but the Katsu itself was a bit soggy.
Overall, I prefer Saito's.

Shiro's

Excellent food. I usually go to Saito's which is probably my favorite but from a quality point of view, Shiro's is probably the tops. One thing my wife pointed out was the seaweed was so fresh it broke easily in your mouth when biting into a piece of sushi roll. This is a subtle thing but a good indication of a good sushi experience (similar to perfectly cooked, fresh rice in the sushi).
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the cost is 25% higher than Saito's and the service is a bit slow but not nearly as pompous as Wasabi Bistro who seem to be permanently mistaken that they're in Manhattan.
