Welcome to the neighborhood Brand BBQ Market. I stopped by here with my wife on opening weekend and the food was decent. She had the pulled pork, I had the brisket sandwich platter. Our service was great, the sandwiches were tasty, but the fries were undercooked. Overall, not a bad place to go for a quick lunch meal, but I left hungry for a little bit more when we went there for dinner. I think including baked beans for the $10 platter would have made it perfect. Overall, not a bad place.
I think the area that the need to improve most is the presentation of the sauces. The plastic cups don't do it for me (and is wasteful). You should either serve them in bottles, or place them in the standard ceramic condiment side dishes that are used in most places.
Good luck Brand BBQ, and welcome to Logan Square. I will be back.
