I went here today after I tried Calumet who wouldn't even take a look at my broken filter on my 24-70mm 2.8 lense. They sent me to Camera Heaven, and David did a superb job. I was afraid to take off the broken filter myself because it was on my most prized lense, so I wanted a professional to handle it. And yes, the filter wouldn't unscrew because the ring was messed up. David gave me a reasonable estimate and I came back in an hour, and it was done. I even bought a new filter from him for $14. Not too shabby.

Don't let the messiness and shady location fool you! This store is legit.

I finally made my way to Golden Gate Park one weekend to try this food truck out. I've been hearing so much about it from my coworkers. On a somewhat rainy morning (more like drizzle and it felt like spit in my face), we ordered the clam chowder, calamari, and a shortie lobster roll. The clam chowder was okay, but the lobster roll was delicious. I got a ton of lobster in my shortie! Hardy har har. The calamari was plentiful too and delicious.

One thing I noticed . . . that food truck had a freaking high window where you pay and get your goodies, and I'm short. So sad.

Golden Waffle

Delicious! I smelled this halfway across the concourse at Golden Gate Park, and I had to stop to get some. Powder sugared waffles in my mouth, on my coat, and all over my face. I wiped myself back down before heading back to work.

I love their Secret Breakfast and the Blue Bottle Coffee. I like all things coffee flavored, but I'm not a huge fan of coffee. I know, odd.

The service here is great. The employees are friendly and helpful, and they let you try as many flavors as you want before you make your decision!

    The flavors are odd. Salt and Pepper, Olive Oil, etc.

    I had the Secret Breakfast and the Vietnamese Coffee and I'm happy with my choices! Lately I've become more of a gelato or yogurt fan, but I'll have ice-cream once in a while. The Secret Breakfast was a little sweet for my taste, but the Vietnamese Coffee was great.

    I heard they change the flavors once in a while so I might stop by again to see what they have to offer!

My family and I went here for my father's retirement dinner. The ambience is fancy smancy. Inside there's fish tanks that extend as high as the ceiling!

We shared bbq oysters. I had the butterfish and had gingerbread for my dessert. All of it was delicious. It was my first time ever trying butterfish and it's very smooth.

It's a bit pricey here though, but I suppose it's a good special occasion or date spot . . . if you want to impress them.

I just got back from eating there with a coworker, and my lunch special was so good. I got soup, large plate of spicy eggplant/shrimp/chicken and rice for $6.50. What a deal! My coworker had the chicken and mushroom lunch special for $5.75. Large portion as well!

I will be coming back here more often!

We came here in the morning, and I had the clam chowder. My company had the seafood bisque. I enjoyed his more than mine! Darn it. The clam chowder was still good though, but nothing special. I am from San Francisco so . . . yeah. Ha.

My friend who just moved to Seattle with his family suggested we dine here! It was near our hotel so we met up here. The service was great. The dishes were on the smaller side, but delicious. If you're looking for authentic Japanese food, this is not it. This is fusion, baby!

I have no idea about the pricing because my friend paid for us. :)

We walked into this petite shop, and ordered a crumpet. The guy working there made it for us right away, and we hadn't even paid yet . . . but he told us to eat it while it's warm and we can pay later. WOW. Talk about nice!! I was impressed.

The crumpet was so delicious. So fresh. So tasty. And the service was super. It made the experience here that much better.

We arrived at 4am and checked in. The service was great. The rooms were clean and we got Bliss products! Yay! Our view was spectacular . . . love the cityscape. And the location is fantastic; right in the heart of downtown!
