We had salmon and lamp chop tapas as well as some excellent wine. They wouldn't let us leave without dessert.
Looking forward to returning on a night when there is live music.

Also, they weren't delivering tonight because "the delivery guy didn't show up." D'oh!
I would be interested in checking out the courtyard eating area as mentioned below.

I still really like this place after three visits. The topic of "new Echo Park" or whatever inevitably comes up each time but if 15 is a glimpse of things to come, at least they keep it real, keep it reasonable, and keep it damn tasty.
Think about it: There's 40-some condos going in across from Chango down the street, and undoubtedly the block east of Masa and across from Walgreen's will be seeing it's makeover in the coming years.
Anyway, back to 15 -- great service here, great variety of wine available for about $30 / bottle, and it's hard to beat a $12 Kobe burger w/ pomme frites.
The irony of people thinking it's too fancy for the area is the fact that it actually is kind of shaped like a mobile home, especially with the way you walk up a couple stairs and enter right in the middle of the joint.

First to Review
NOTE: Preliminary review -- just had [soft] open.
It's at least the 3rd coffee joint to open in the past few years in the one mile of Echo Park Ave north of Sunset Blvd. And NONE of them are Starbucks, thankfully.
Grabbed a shot of espresso this morning, the owner, Marc was very friendly and I'm sure I'll be seeing him again soon. Great outdoor seating area, very dog-friendly. 4 panninis on the menu, as well as the usual morning muffins, bagels, etc.
I look forward to adding more stars to this review when it really gets rolling!
No sign yet, look for it at the NE corner of Echo Park / Baxter.

72 taps mirrored with 36 types of beer. More in bottles. And they have some cocktail options although no vodka is available.
Menu is the same, again, I'll never give this place a perfect score as long as they insist on serving their burger one way and one way only. That ain't right.
Great, well trained staff, with excellent knowledge of the oh-so-tasty brews. Best selection of Craftsman brews in the area.
Date

It's very clean and fresh, not greasy. We had the Tom Kha, sticky rice and the Drunken Noodles with chicken. Everything came out fast except for the drinks, which they were happy to comp (we were nearly done eating by the time they arrived).
It is probably not as authentic (or inexpensive) as the places in Thai Town but it is a good option for the neighborhood with nice decor.
