Heartily recommended for chic conscious vegans with more money than taste. Well put together salads, but not terribly well for $25. Essentially no significant protein in the bland entrees and appetizers.
They have a good, but not great beer selection. Looked similar for wine, but I'm not as well versed. I enjoyed my Gewurz. But not the food.
Pleasant, attentive, but occasionally forgetful service.

Better coffee than Cole. Better espresso than Temescal. Great panini (try the pastrami). Friendly staff, cute decor. Easily my favorite coffee shop in the East Bay.
Re: Wireless. They're trying to quietly accommodate those with wireless while avoiding the awful, non-interactive, internet campers that plague so many cafes. To that end they don't advertise the wireless and shut it off completely in hours surrounding lunch.

However.. the gnocci duck was almost entirely tasteless, the gnocci, the duck and the sauce. And the duck was dry.
The steak was adequate, but being only adequate was far overpriced.
Creme brule was pretty good. Creamy textured custard with a good creme to vanilla balance.
Decor was unremarkable, but a good view of the beautiful theatre can be had sitting outside.
Overall impression is that the food doesn't warrant $25-$30 entree prices, but I might head back for wine and appetizers.
