Walked in so my wife could get some jeans, walked out with one for me too. The sales staff on the floor and in the dressing room was superb, helpful, friendly, and exactly the right level of committed to help (not too pushy, but right there when I needed them). Honestly, I had little interest in even setting foot in the store before today, but that's officially changed here forth.

The music was so loud that none of the sales people could hear us ask for help. Once we did track down someone to ask for help, they told us the wrong place to go and refused to help us find what we were looking for. We left the store soon after the second set of sales reps walked away from us, with no plans to ever return again.
Note: It makes me feel like a grumpy old man just writing this review. But I am not old. And I like good, loud music too. It's just that from the second I walked in, to the moment I finally escaped... the everything about the store made me feel like I wasn't welcome.

Top sirloin is excellent -- not just the steak itself, but the garlic potatoes and vegetables -- and the guitar&drums blues band upstairs made it taste that much better.

Great little cafe. Would have been nice to get a view of the river, but sitting on the sidewalk worked perfectly. The organic food was fantastic (had the Thai tuna sandwich) and the service was great!

Not a fan of this Subway location.
As with other reviewers I found that they seriously skimp on veggies. For example my vegetarian wife ordered a 6" cheese sandwich... and she got 3 olive slices. Literally 3. She asked for more and got exactly 3 more slices added. That's not the only story I have either. Every time I go, it's different drama.
Sad, because it's a convenient location and the people who work there seem nice, but we've given them 3 chances to change my opinion in that many months, and every time I walk out very disappointed. I'm not going back.

Let me start this out by saying that I may be a bit biased, having spent the last few years on Saigon Sandwiches. down in the TL.
Sandwich was okay. Tofu was missing some flavor and the meatball had good flavor, but seemed to be missing something else. Not sure. Seems like there should have been a "secret sauce" added that wasn't there. Bread was too toasted, so it made the sandwich a bit too crumbly. Also had a pearl tea (which I thought was supposed to be a pearl milk tea, but which turned out to be a pearl almost frozen liquid tea). But I can't complain too much about the mango or green tea ones aside from the extra freeziness of them.
Overall first impressions? I still love this place. Must be the name. It's fun to say. BANHWICH. Say it with me.... bahhhhnnnnnwich. Just sounds good.
We also got a tofu spring roll on the recommendation from Yelp. Couldn't finish that, so will have to give this post an update later this afternoon.

Saw Dave Chappelle here 2 years ago for Valentines Day. Can't comment too much on the joint now, but back then it was on the smaller side, but nice. In an area of town that isn't too busy so you could find parking local. And there is a fancy eatery right next door to get your classy drink on. Plus from the looks of it from the last year-or-so's newsletter bookings, the owners are into bringing in some good talent for events, so that's good. Good job New Parish. Keep up the good work!

My only issue is that it is right next door to Trolley Cafe, and now I have a tough time deciding which place I will give my money because I like them both. :)
