I have given it several tries to see if it's the flavor that I just haven't had luck with, but every time it's just nothing I want to really drink/eat...I have even felt like I had to force myself to finish my soup, just because it's so expensive. Every one of my friends who have tried the soups also also confirm the same sentiment.
They have really good wings. They have 3 flavors, and I like the teriyaki one best. During the summer, they have a tasty and refreshing lobster roll.

The ambiance is very nice, and it has a comfortable decor. I would dine there more often if it was more value for money. But the food was not fantastic enough to justify the cost, I think.
The place is really small, so it is usually full. Recently, they managed to get some outside space, which increases their space by a third during the summer time.
I find the service here to be surly at times. I have stood at the counter waiting for someone to give me eye contact for about 10 minutes so I could order a takeout. I left when no one bothered to help me even when I started to take out cash in my hand (like at a bar!). I get the distinctive feeling that people who can speak Spanish to the staff there get a table faster and get way better service (I see the staff actually smiling and eagerly running to wait on them).

Years ago, it seems they slightly changed the recipe and maybe cut some corners by scaling back the fruit chunks. I was so upset I stopped going. But it looks like they went back to their original recipe and there are plenty of fruit chunks in their ices. Plus, now they have new things like wafers and other things they put in their custard. My husband likes the misto shake. I like their gelato and ices combo.
The wait can be long even if you have only 2 people in front of you. I totally skip this place when I see 4 people standing in line - the wait is far too long, especially when there's a Rita's Italian Water Ice across the street (also yum!), Ben & Jerry's, Baskin Robbins, and Ice Hut all within 4 blocks.
