Another great place to get Middle Eastern food in Orlando!

I have eaten here twice and let me tell you.....

The food is delicious!  My favorite dish is the chicken shish tawook wrap with a side salad. The chicken is just so tender and seasoned deliciously!

If you want to try out the various flavors, order the Mazza (A Combo) appetizer. You will get babba ganoush, hummus, falafel, and a coucous salad.

The Turkish coffee is a great way to end your dinner.

If you come here for lunch, the place have great lunch specials!

This place reminds me of Yogurtland, my favorite self-serve fro-yo spot in L.A.

However, there are a lot more toppings selections here!  They also have "bottoms", which you put first in your yogurt cup before you pour your fro-yo!

Great selections of fro-yo here!

I found this Latin spot right before I relocated out of Gainesville.

My first meal here was the Media Noche, which was delicious!  The churros with the dulce de leche and guava dipping sauces were a delicous dessert too.

Another time I ordered the beef and chicken empanadas, which were yummy as well.  And the day I left Gville, my boyfriend and I ate here for breakfast.  We both enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches. Also, the Cordandito coffee is so good!  It kept me awake during our drive to Orlando.

If you are looking for some delicious ethnic food in Gainesville, go here!

Four Rivers Smokehouse

My mother and I finally tried Four Rivers Smokehouse and we liked it!

We shared a platter of Pulled Pork & Chicken with Mac&cheese, Fried Okra, Cornbread, & Sweet Potatoes.  The meat was very tender and paired well with our sides.

We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor covered area with everything available, like extra plates, the utensils, sauces, iced tea station, and drink machines.  I especially liked the ability to mix my own concoction of sweet and unsweetened tea to my liking!

My best friend was excited to see this new Viet spot opening near the Green Island place where we got for fro-yo and boba tea.

The place is alright.  My favorite banh mi sandwich is banh mi thit nuong, so I usually order the Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi here and the meat is seasoned very well.  My best friend likes the vermacilli dish here.

We think once their business gets busier there will add more items to their menu.

Craving Caribbean food one weekend, I met up with two of my adventurous girlfriends here.

Since I was familiar with Indian and Caribbean cuisines, I was really excited to try this place!  We ordered the Goat & Chicken (without Bones) Rotis.  You can order the meats with the bones, but I would suggest to order the roti breads separated from the meat soups (to avoid breaking your teeth!).

Anyways, the boneless meats were so moist and delicious.  I loved the chickpeas and seasoning used in the roti "sandwich".  The roti tasted delicious by itself as well.

The place is very clean and has reasonable prices.  Whenever I have a craving for Caribbean, Trini food, I will definitely come back here!

Paris Bistro

My girlfriends and I met in Winter Park for brunch.  We were planning to go to Briar Patch but since there was such a long wait for Sunday Brunch, we ended up deciding on the Paris Bistro Brunch Special: Your Choice of Entree, Dessert, & Unlimited Sparkling Wine!

Of course they had us at "Unlimited Sparkling Wine", which flavors included apple, peach, & raspberry.  I believe we drank like 3 bottles between us four ladies!

So we pretty much shared our entrees and desserts, like we shared those 3 bottles of wine.  Our entrees included the following: Tuna Avocado Crossiant, Chicken Coq Au Vin, Chicken Pesto Crossiant, and Veal Normandy. Our assorted desserts included ice cream, creme brulee, a crepe, and cream puffs.

After our fun brunch, we went to Le Macaron (which was nearby!) to wrap up our French brunch!

My best friend and I have not really found a really good sushi place in Tampa yet.

We first started with Miso Soup & the Negima appetizer. And then we shared the Alaska, Mexican, & Hawaii Spider rolls.

The food was ok.  Nothing much to discuss.

I love Don Pan!

The first Don Pan spot I ate at was in Miami!  Delicious Cafe Con Leche And Cuban Sandwich here!

There is also delicious queso and guava pastries.  Usually you have to go there early to get the fresh goods, but there is always something delicious to order!
