I went for a private luncheon and although had a great time, wasn't too impressed with the service. The servers were polite but since the dining area that was reserved was out of view, I had no idea where I was going and I didn't have a single person greet me or ask me if I needed help. I had to call a friend to find out where they were (just around the corner).

However, the luncheon Park Plaza put together was very thoughtful, well-done and tasty. The atrium area is gorgeous. Overall a pleasant area, I'll have to try more of the menu!

Based on my meal, I could only give this place 3 stars and I think I'm being pretty generous.

The waiter brought a complimentary plate of fried risotto that did not taste freshly fried. It clearly had been sitting out, getting to room temperature before being served.

When the oysters were described to me, it sounded delicious: 6 oysters, 3 of them were fried and then returned to their shells. Again, the dish was delivered at room temperature.

I then had the "Lake Meadow" salad which was fine but I wouldn't order it again. I've had better portioned, better flavored salads at Seasons 52 and 903 Mills.

Unfortunately, I also had an issue with the waiter who was a good server for the most part but had a tendency to tease me. I'm not sure if this was his version of flirting or being friendly but jokingly saying "No" when I requested something wasn't really cute and felt out of place. I know you're trying to be cute, guy, but leave it in the schoolyard next time.

Later, my friend asked for honey mustard for her burger and the waiter said he would ask. 15 minutes later he tells us this elaborate story about how he asked the manager who apparently forgot. So, you're telling us that you had to ask a manager for honey mustard (as opposed to the chef?) didn't follow up and you're blaming your manager for forgetting? Then he remarked that maaaaybe he could find some honey and mustard and mix the two. Gee, thanks.

I was super jealous of my friend's The "55" burger that I tried a bite of. It was absolutely incredible - properly cooked at medium and it was actually hot! The flavor was amazing!

Based on this experience, I won't be running back any time soon but I did think the "55" burger is worth another go and I'll definitely order that next time.

Went here for a bachelorette party - the express facial was great, my skin felt amazing and the facilities are relaxing. Like another reviewer mentioned, massages are cheaper through daily deals on email so I found the massages to be really expensive.

Luckily, they were offering a Yelp check-in coupon that offered half off a service (so I used it on a therapeutic massage) but it really annoyed me that not a single employee working the front desk knew what the Yelp check-in coupon was. They had me back out of the menu to show them the address to their location to double check it was the correct spa, as if I was trying to pull a fast one on them. I don't think I can count on my fingers and toes how many times they asked me and the other ladies in our party whether we had pressed "Redeem Coupon" on our phones, again, as if we were trying to dupe them. The coupon was for a first visit only, so unless I used some elaborate alias, I couldn't reuse the coupon again even if I wanted to.

It's YOUR promotion, how can you not know how it works? There's a friggin' "Yelp Loves Us" sticker on the door! Show owner comment »

My Luis loves his pastelillos (essentially the PR version of an empanada) so he had to order some from this truck. The prices are good but I felt like they could've used a bit more "oomph".

When we tried it during the Audubon Park food pod, there were only 3 main savory flavors - beef, (the second I can't remember) and curried cauliflower.

I personally like to stuff the pastelillos I make at home chock full of cheese and other fillings along with the meat so I feel like there was a missed opportunity to experiment with the beef filling. I wish I would've tried the curried cauliflower instead because that sounded really interesting!

Not bad, pretty affordable & I'm eager to try another kind of filling when they're available!

Awesome! I couldn't believe some of the prices of some of the dried goods like couscous. The stuff is shipped overseas and is somehow cheaper and available in larger quantities than what I can find at Publix.

IFC, where have you been all my life?!

I took advantage of the Groupon deal they were having and bought a variety of olives, pastries, couscous, sesame cooking oil and wine from South Africa.

Great variety of foods fresh, canned and frozen! I can't wait to try some more!

So simple but oh-so-delicious! I ordered the Smores crepe since, in my humble opinion sweet crepes will always be greater than savory crepes.

There were only 3 or 4 ingredients in this $5.00 crepe so at first, I was all like, whoa, that's an expensive crepe. But when those mini marshmallows started melting with the graham cracker crumbles and Nutella spread - I just about fainted.

Such a great, simple combo - perfect execution!

Update - 3/12/2012 4 Check-ins Here
Looks like the menu was a revamped a bit since the last time I was here. They also got rid of the soft serve ice cream and smoothies that I had seen advertised many moons ago.

I ordered the 903 Mills Market Salad because I was in the mood for something fresh and unusual and I absolutely loved it! I ate every last leaf and crumb! It was a bit of an expensive lunch since my salad was nearly $8 but the portion was big and every veggie looked super fresh with lots of fun nutty, sweet toppings! I think I found my new favorite dish at 903!

When the owner told me she had just pulled meatloaf out of the oven for their "Meatloaf Mondays" I decided to order that instead of the turkey wrap I'd been eyeing.

It was a pretty heafty portion and I really liked the sangria-esque gravy that came with it but I hated the wild rice and the blah green beans. I think I would've preferred some roasted potatoes instead.

I love that they have a great selection of wine and beer, I always try something different when I go. Now that I know they have free Wi-Fi, I think this is a cute little afternoon/early evening spot where I can study and work on some papers without being distracted at home.

I really wanted to like this place because it has a great indie feel and I love the open seating space.

The smoothies were expensive and boring. Look, I honestly don't care if a small Amish boy hand picked the bees out of the raw super organic honey, my 16oz veggie smoothie was not worth the nearly $7 I paid for it.

My Pineapple Cleanse smoothie separated within minutes of it being prepared. I've made arguably better green smoothies at home. They should consider expanding their existing recipes with the "add-ons" to help maintain the smoothies consistency and quit charging people $1.00 for this and that.

They have free wireless but while my iPad connected to their guest network, nothing would load for me.

This place just didn't do it for me.

Despite some decent reviews on TripAdvisor, Kikita's turned out to be a huge dud.

Yes, it has gorgeous views of the beach. Yes, it had great energy from customers who were singing their hearts out to karaoke. Yes, it looked like it was frequented by tons of regulars.

But there were only 2 servers and a bartender for the entire restaurant. A bartender, by the way, who was VERY busy checking the messages on his cell phone instead of helping the waitresses who were obviously overwhelmed by orders.

After seating ourselves and then waiting 10 minutes, I went up to the bar to see if I could put in our order for food but the waitress literally shooed me away and told me she'd get to me eventually but that she was very busy.

That was our cue to turn around and hit up another restaurant in Dorado (spoiler alert: we ended up at Grappa and it was great!)

Neat little place next to the Puerto Rican Tourism office.

You can try all kinds of Don Q rum which is arguably smoother and better tasting than Bacaradi. There's no guided tour but just some screens and wall displays explaining the history of the brand (a Spaniard transplant).

It was a nice refreshing break after walking around Old San Juan but if you want really great prices on bottles of Don Q rum just wait until you hit up the airport for the duty free area. The rum is at least $4 cheaper than it is at Casa Don Q or other venues.

The Don Q Mojito flavor is just phenomenal and really does taste like a fresh mojito. I ended up buying two bottles (2 for $24 at the time of this writing) at the airport!
