I went to Niwano Hana around 7:00 on a Saturday night and the place was packed.  I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table though, because the speed of service helps control the ebb and flow of customers without sacrificing food quality.

The sashimi I had was great, well presented, fresh, everything you could want from a sushi experience.  Now let's talk about the most important part of the night: the host.

He is an older, rail thin man with a sense of fashion that burns like a supernova amid a sea of dying stars.  He was wearing a rhinestone encrusted matador style red coat and vertically striped black and white pants with a matching necktie.  The time I spent waiting for a table flew by because I could behold his awesome visage, flitting about the restaurant delegating tasks and taking orders.  He was an inspiration.  I'm going back as soon as possible.

The food is good, but the quality will always be out-shined by the "lol, I get jokes" name for me.  They handle the dinner rush well (it can get quite crowded) but during a slow lunch shift the service was surprisingly sluggish.
