They were nice, clean & a good selection of colors, but it was a bit pricey for a moderate manicure.  This was another nail salon I decided to try in search for a Midtown weekend nail salon.  There's an awesome mural on the wall and they were playing a DVD when I was there.

Great service, wide range of colors and a clean modern spa.  I've had both manis and pedis done here, both by the same lady, and the many lasted for over a week.  It took a couple East Village over-priced flops before I found this one, but I'm glad I finally found it.  (I was in search for a local nail salon that was as good as the one I have in Midtown)  Pricing is traditional to moderate, but worth it!

Rice crispy treats - perfect. I'm very picky about my rice crispy treats; I like a low marshmellow to rice crispy ratio.  Also, I enjoyed their cupcake in an ice cream cone.  The last time I had one was in elementary school and I  think it's an underused dessert!  There is definitely a lot more treats I need to try, so I'll keep everyone posted as I do.

My go-to cupcake shop.  I found it while I was an active office party planner, and it's become a staple for both me and the coworkers.  It's affordable and delicious.  Their cupcakes are, dare I say, "moist," (well, they are) and the frosting is tasty!  It has flavor unlike most sugary paste other cupcakes have.  "Bob" is my favorite (Yellow cake with chocolate almond buttercream) and then their "Pumpkin" (pumpkin space cake with cream cheese icing) is my second.

I like the ambiance; vines growing over the exposed brick, the skylights and the outdoor seating is awesome.  However, the food was ok.  Maybe because I only had a hot dog, which was ok, and Jack on the rocks.  Their fries were crispy, but I didn't quite love it.  The waitress was nice, though, and I could easily sit on the stools - I'm 5'2" so it's a big deal. :)

Used to live a minute away from this place.  The couple times I went, it was an interesting mix, and they had a DJ playing from his laptop, which was good music, nonetheless.  It's got a laidback atmosphere and I think of it more as a neighborhood bar.  There might be a lot of visitors there because the W Hotel is across the street.

Great birthday spot when I had my birthday here 3 years ago.  I was able to reserve a small part of the bar by leaving a credit card number.  I had about 12 people comfortably nestled in the spot.  It's not large at all, but great for a small group of people. Ambiance & music was good, too.

It's hit or miss, but it's fun to rummage through their selection & everything is affordable.  You can, once in a blue moon, find some designer brands.  I've sold there a couple times, too.  If they decide to take your items, you can redeem for store credit (at a higher value) or cash, but they also show you what your items will retail for.  I've got everything from purses to dresses to jewelry there.

Affordable, fast delivery and nice staff.  My go-to here are the rolled tacos and tostada.  Steak & chicken are tasty.  They have this salsa that is like a spicy red or green drink, but it soaks into your food, which is nice.  Definitely not chunky salsa.  I've also tried the chilequiles, huevos rancheros and eggs w/chorizo.  They deliver via http://seamlessweb.com so it's my weekend spot.  I've also picked up and ate here.  (I have to thank my friend, Sarah, for introducing me!)

Try their kim chi tuna tartare - if you like tuna tartare; it was yummy.  Yes, their chicken is delicious but might I suggest that you stick to their wings and not the drumsticks.  When I went there the first time, I think we only ordered the wings and it was great!  We went back recently and ordered a mix of wings & drumsticks, and it didn't taste the same.  The drumstick is extra oily & maybe the flavor isn't absorbed as much, so it just tasted different.

However, great ambiance.  Usually a big group of people in the front enjoying themselves.  Service is ok - they're nice.

PS - don't order soda from here.  I know, you probably won't, but in the case that you were thinking about it, I think their fountain is used primarily for making drinks - coke & diet coke tasted funny.
