I live in New Jersey and was visiting Santa Monica today and needed a haircut. Not too many places are open on a Sunday but Salon Vivace was open and Nina Potts cut my hair. She was great and the haircut was perfect. Nina has great energy and we talked about everything from healthcare, marketing to local business. Great experience and a nice surprise for a Sunday afternoon.
Travis Holt, General Manager at Bell Honda, really went out of his on my last visit to Phoenix to help me when my car broke down. The dealership service staff was excellent.
Torcello is run by Mike and Zoya Bitci who have over 30 years of restaurant experience. Torcello is one of the finest BYOB Italian Restaurants in Monmouth County. Torcello is warm, welcoming and family friendly. Service is outstanding and portions are perfectly sized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Italian cuisine.
IBG makes the Throat Cooler product line which my family loves. It's a a drug free ice pop that sooths sore throats and really takes the edge off a dry throat. Highly recommended.

Pasta Fresca Cafe & Market - CLOSED

I visited Pasta Fresca in August 2008 and it has been over 7 years since I last visited. A friend of mine recommended that we BYOB there and it was very nice indeed. The pizza appetizer was excellent and I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and it was very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals,
The service staff impersonal. There was no spirit in the restaurant and the staff seemed to be working independantly. There was no extra "feel good" vibes about dining at Pasta Fresca. The chef did come out and greet us and he was warm and friendly. The front of the house needs to adopt the spirit and passion of the Chef and then it would be a five star BYOB experience.

I recently held an outdoor fundraiser at my home with 140 guests and the portable restroom trailer provided by Mr. John, the sister company of Russell Reid, was just outstanding. The VIP restroom trailer had separate entrances for the men and ladies and was equipped like a bathroom in your own home. My guests raved about the restroom trailer and appreciated that I spent the extra money over a standard construction style unit. I highly recommend Mr. John and Russell Ried.
Gaetano's serves fresh Italian food in a casual environment that is family friendly. Recently, they opened Gaetano's market so you can now take home fresh pasta, sauces and olive oil to recreate their food at home. Some of my favorites include their fresh pasta bolognese, brocolli rabe side dish and their pizza margharita. If you are looking for great food, fair prices and good service head out to Red Bank
