I had Amber take some headshots for me in March 2011. She was very professional, while making me still feel really comfortable.

The photos are beautiful and I feel that they are a very accurate representation of me. I would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to get professional photographs taken.

I will work with Amber again.

Great brunch spot!

I have a hard time finding brunch places with good vegan options that my meat eating friends will also enjoy, but Highpoint does a great job!

A group of 5 - 2 meat eaters, 2 pescatarians, and one vegan all ate a delicious brunch in harmony. Everyone loved their food.

The watermelon "steak" is one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten.

I'll be back for brunch again, but I'd love to try it for dinner too.

I'm not sure exactly why my first opinion of republic was so poor. But after revisiting it has become one of my favorite places for lunch.

Not bad, but not great. The decor is cool, and I like the setup of the place, but the food just didn't blow me away. It was average.

But I did see Paul Giamatti there, that was cool.

Great spot for wine and tapas. The atmosphere is cozy, and the wine list is wonderful. The Pan con Tomate is amazing! Who knew bread and tomatoes could be that good. They also had a special gazpacho with cucumber, cantaloupe and garlic, which was amazing.

I can't speak to the rest of the menu since there weren't a ton of vegan options.

If you are looking for a great place to get interesting cocktails, this is your spot.
Do yourself a favor and don't order your normal drink, take a look at the menu and order one of their specialty cocktails. You will not be disappointed.
As mentioned in previous reviews you do have to find the hidden door in the wall to get in, but it's not scary at all. The hostess will even help you if you know what you are asking for.

This is something to see. The restaurant in itself is beautiful, big and grand. I was there for dinner with a friend, which turned into a huge dinner with his agency and them picking up the tab.

The menu had already been pre-selected and the waiters were simply taking drink orders and bringing out courses. The wine list was wonderful, I had a few different reds throughout the meal. But when I attend an event like this, as a vegan I don't usually expect to be able to eat much, especially when I'm not the one ordering the food.

There was a lot of meat, which everyone seemed to enjoy. But there were dishes that I was able to eat that were amazing. There was a mango salad, that was sweet and spicy and delicious. It was crisp and refreshing, but still substantial.

I would love to go back to get a look at the full menu.

This is a great vegan spot on the UES. I wish I was up there more often.
Since I don't usually make it to that part of the city, I took the opportunity to visit Candle Cafe.
I have been to Candle 79 in the past, and the food was amazing! So I was eager to try their sister (and more casual) restaurant.
My friend and I both got the seitan parmesan sandwich. It was very good, and just what I was craving.
I don't eat fake meat often, but when I do, I always like it to be something comforting that I don't usually eat.

I went to Souen for dinner last night and it was delicious! I'm vegan so convincing my two non-vegan friends to go to a place like Souen was difficult, but I think the fact that they served fish helped.

Everyone was very happy with their food, and in the end, no one ordered fish. Everything was delicious and healthy! I had one of the specials, it was noodles with pesto and veggies.

The veggies were cooked perfectly, and everything was so flavorful. I just started a new job right around the corner, so I will be back for lunch!

This place was great. I came here with some friends for a late dinner on Thursday night. The margherita pizza was AMAZING! Great thin crust, good flavor in the sauce, and just the right amount of cheese.

The place was a little crowded, but it was a great relaxed atmosphere.

This place a great!

Having driven past this place at least dozens of times, I finally decided to give it a shot for a dinner with some girlfriends.

The restaurant is in an awkward location with a VERY small parking lot, so expect to park on the street. We went on a sunday night and it wasn't very crowded.

I ordered the fish special, the filet of sole and it was AMAZING! The fish was tender and tasty. Both of my friends really enjoyed their food as well.

The atmosphere was nice and the food was not too expensive. I will go back again.
