if you're looking for premium pet food this is a great place to find it. They sell MULTIPLE brands that many of the other pet food stores don't carry on a regular basis. You can take your dog into the store and they like to carry your purchases out  to your car for you. They also keep your name in the computer system in a frequent buyer program.

We enjoy the food here - although I always order the same thing the chili rellenos and my friend always orders the steak chimichanga and it's always good. What led me to write a review is the main reason we go there and it's for the queso that comes with the chips and salsa. They've stopped providing it automatically and now we have to beg and plead to get it. I could understand requiring the customer to specifically request it but to have to beg and plead is absurd.

They lied to us once and told us that they no longer had it when 10 minutes later it appeared on the table next to us. Yesterday they said they only give it out Thurs-Sun so we had to beg and plead again to get it. Customer service people! Customer service!

I've enjoyed Yak & Yeti for years. I especially appreciate the fact I can always count on the lunch buffet featuring a number of vegetarian items, which is always a risk at any other buffet. My biggest complaint about them is sometimes it's really tough to get wait staff attention during the lunch hour to get the check. They also offer the buffet for dinner time.

Recently I ordered takeout and while I was waiting they poured me a complimentary cup of chai.  They also included a number of extras in the takeout package such as several sauces and a poppadom which was a nice surprise.

The constant droning in the monotone voice they use to say "welcome to Subway" every single time someone walks in the door is REALLY annoying. I'm guessing(?) the owner or manager requires them to do this but during a rush when customers are streaming in the door it seems very contrived and it just made me want to laugh at its ridiculousness.

While what I had planned on being a "basic" oil change ended up being way more costly than I had anticipated, I will say their customer service is outstanding. I went grocery shopping while they were changing my oil and came back with a cart full of groceries. (Okay, so I didn't plan that so well.) But not only did one of the clerks push my grocery cart clear around the building to my car, he also put the groceries in the trunk! I really didn't expect him to do that and it was very much appreciated. If it wasn't so expensive I'd go back for that reason alone.

If you've been putting off a trip to Muttz stop right now and go! Your dog and/or cat will thank you. In fact, if your dog likes to go places take him along because he's welcome at Muttz. They have great food and other fun stuff and the staff is marvelous. Of course they know my dog's name and she loves to go there. They also get involved in a number of charitable events that help out the animals. It's a local, small business that is definitely worth supporting.
