Steam Clams - too salty
Duck Confit Salad - too salty
Bread - good
Foie Gras on Cumin bread - was disappointed this is not seared foie gras but it was good for a pate
Scallop - too sweet
Luckily, it wasn't too pricy (Under $40 for two of us before tip)

The beef was not good. Too chewy.
The shrimp salad roll was decent.
The pho doesn't taste anything like what a pho should be. I never had pho that has sesame oil and pad-thai style noodle. The pho tasted more like a Chinese noodle soup than pho.
Like all the Chinese restaurants around this area, the food is good and cheap.

First to Review
I came here a few times with friends. Their speciality is Hunan style cuisine, so most dishes are spicy but you can ask them to tone it down. Their Pork Intestine Hot Pot and Steam Whole fishes are very good; but twice cooked pork and stinky tofu are below average. The quality of their food is typical of SGV restaurant, good and cheap! Purely on taste, their food is a 3 stars.
The waitstaff are friendly and attentive, which is a rare for Chinese restaurants. And their portion is pretty big, usually we order 4-5 dishes for 6-7 people and that's just the right amount of food. Thus a dinner there, including tax and tips, is usually under $10. An extra star for good service and cost.

The $4 rain forest slushy is the best drink I ever had. And $12 for bacon wrap filet Mignon, awesome deal! They even have foie gras, venison, and all under $20/entree.
This is the best bargain for anyone who want high quality food at a budget.

My friends and I love their wine tasting in the back patio. It's our favorite after work activity.

I been to Mexico but MacHo Cafe has THE BEST ENCHILADAS I EVER HAD!!!!
Their fish tacos is good and definitely much better than all the fish tacos in L.A. but not as good as fish tacos in S.D. and Mexico (I have high standards).
I can't wait to go back and try all their other food.

Food is good though.
The fake meat taste almost like real meat.
Many variety of appetizers to choose from, in a buffet style.
Parking is easy. Drinks cost ~$10.

The omakase was the best I ever had.
I'd visit Portland again just to eat here.
