They remove rats and raccoons and armadillos and snakes and bees. What's not to like? Inexpensive (I checked around!) and on time.
I remember visiting my brother in the mid 1980's when Buffalo chips was half the size it is now. They had chicken wing eating contests and the like.
In over 20 years, the wings are as good as they ever were and the menu has expanded to include lots of fantastic items. It's always busy, always good. It's "down and dirty" as the last reviewer said, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I just would love for them to open up a place in Golden Gate Estates. Then I'd never cook again!
