Chocolate Chip Pancakes.

Cayenne is the first place I've been to where the chocolate chip pancakes actually clicked with my taste buds. It's the kind of plate that never quite tastes like you're expecting, usually they're too sweet or don't play well with the syrup or the butter.

But these actually tasted natural, like chocolate and pancakes could be a legitimate combination and not a five year old's failed experiment.

I limit my stars only because the second time I went I tried their breakfast pizza and it was sort of bland. It serves me right for not being faithful to my dearest flapjacks.

Whenever my officemates and I go here for lunch the place appears to be empty, a sign of their popularity or quality? Perhaps lunch isn't their focus.

We usually sit outside cause it's nice to see the sunlight sometimes.
