I have not been to this vineyard, but bought two bottles of their 2006 Frei Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. I found the initial few sips to be a bit quirky, but got very good very quickly. I did enjoy this wine... Looking forward to the second bottle.
don't take my three stars as a bad rating... Just so many good wines, that I have to save 4 and 5 stars for items that really knock it out...

I have not been to this winery, this review is specific to the Kunde cabernet sauvignon. I was given a bottle as a gift by my aunt.. who happens to be a huge wine connoisseur. I found this to be a very good bottle for a great price... I picked up a couple bottles the other day... I've got it pegged with the Bonterra cab for a good, lower cost (under $20) cab. Perhaps after a few more bottles I can adjust my ranking up or down a touch.. .none-the-less very good value Cabernet. Give it a look see.

I have not visited this winery... this review is in reference to the Kendall-Jackson Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. You'll find this bottle in the $25-$30 or so range... I'm not one to describe the "Flavors" in wine, b/c I just have no clue on how to describe. However, as a very biased Cabernet Sauvignon drinker (and almost exclusive in this arena)... Just wanted to express my enjoyment of this wine.
Big time five-stars.. they are currently having their 30% off + 10% off sale right now... just picked up 12 amazing wines and two "TRY ME's" for highly discounted price. Love these sales!
Their wine selection has really tuned it up a notch... Ralphs VP was the place to go, but Vons got in the game. Outstanding.

I used to get my hair cut all the time here... If you go, ask for Annie... she is quick, always gets it right and the prices are very low... I wanna say after $5 tip your out of there for $20? Great for a men's hair cut.
I've been itching to try this b/c it kept showing up on Yelp! as a great great rating... My wife used to go here all the time and raved about it, but for whatever reason we never went... So anyway, a few of the boys from the office and I rolled on down and gave it a lunch time go.
Man oh man, this placed lived up to expectations and then some... I had half of a German Salami sandwich and half of a toasted ruben... both were amazing, but the toasted ruben is the way to go. To top it all off, my total bill, with a Diet Coke came to $5.70 after Tax and CRV?

Very average Mexican food.. but my goodness, the prices are low for a sit-down, dine-in, Cadillac serving Mexican restaurant. The place it too "tight" for my liking... seems like everywhere you go, you have to squeeze to get through... but that's neither here nor there... at the end of the day, for the PRICE... it's a decent little value for a night out.

The worst turkey burger I've ever had... came from this place. Thank goodness for them, I've been back! I actually had an amazing Rib Eye here.. but it hasn't been duplicated.. the brick oven pizza is VERY good... Zito's is known for the later.. when in Rome... the hit & miss nature of the entree's though, puts this at a three star. Salads tend to be very good on a side...

Went to this place for a WEC MMA fight... the venue is very small, but I like that... you can come in and out of the venue without any issues... walk up to the bar, buy some $12 drinks... outstanding! A couple fights I wasn't interested I headed out to the casino and won a couple hundred.. that's always nice.
Long story short... my bitterness stems from the construction outside my room. Ok, I get it, you're remodeling the hotel. But freaking 6:30am start time... in VEGAS? forgedaboudit. I posted a picture. No zoom, just me, taking a picture outside my room.

... we go to the local Elks lodge. Since it is in Vegas, it has slot machines... since it has slot machines, it's doors are always open (no key card necessary, but still need to show when you get in. We tell the barkeep about the situation up the street... his reaction, "what else is new". My first impression was validated.
Not much to see here... only reason to stop if is if you're obsessed with visiting many many Elks lodges.. otherwise, meh.
