Malone's Grille

When you come in, there is a bar on the right side playing the latest sports game. That night we were there, there was live music which was nice. To the left is the restaurant part. We were able to snag three tables in the bar area and make it a casual dining experience full of appetizers and wine.
I ordered the chicken quesadilla with my friend and shared some potato skins with another. Loved all of the food and everything came out quickly and hot.
Service is wonderful here. The nice waitress kept calling us "Love" when she addressed us and that was really sweet. She was sincere and treated us really well.
I've only experienced the bar area of Malone's but sometime would like to try their restaurant out. Drinks are great and they are not stingy on the alcohol either!
I have really bad heartburn right now and the yucky feeling of grease in my mouth....I am not in a good mood after eating here.
We came here for lunch today sadly to celebrate the lay off of one of the gals in my office. My co-worker suggested we come here and l was happy that my boss was paying.
This place is cute inside and we were lucky enough to snag two tables for 8 people right around noon time.
You pay and order at the register which makes it easy. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful.
I ordered the Maine Lobster Roll for $18.75 since it was the hot suggestion here on Yelp. We had an array of food at our tables...everything from lobster, ribs, chowdah, cheese fries, lobster and crab meat burger and corn on the cob.
I did not love my lobster roll at all. The lobster meat was rubbery and did not taste fresh to me. The bread it was like Texas toast which unfortunately I have had better at a place like Applebees. The sandwich to me was a huge disappointment. It came with boring fries and boring coleslaw. I left after eating with heartburn and feeling really heavy. No one at our table was really impressed with our food and after throwing down $250 for 8 people, I would be unhappy too. I had a bite of the chowdah and it was okay. The cheese fries got hard and oily after about 15 minutes which was a disappointment to my co-worker who had ordered them.
Service was really nice though and the lady checked on us several times but I definitely would not be back....not with the bad gas and heartburn it gave me!

My favorite dish is the roast beef dinner that comes with a good portion of roast beef and au jus plus mashed potatoes and gravy, salad and a roll for about $11. I usually skip dessert but their pies are pretty good. I also like their tomato, feta and cucumber salad. Mmmmm.....
Service at this location is always friendly and quick with tons of parking! I found the restrooms and restaurant also to be very clean.
This place is much smaller then the San Jose location but it's still very nice and I would be back when in the area again.
I've tried several of their dishes and don't really love any of them. Their prices are really good though. You can get a decent plate of food including rice and macaroni salad for under $8.
Food is made to order so if you have a large to-go order, make sure to call ahead.
The reason I don't give this place 3 stars is because I question their cleanliness. The woman at the front was taking orders at the register, answering the phone and taking money from customers. But then she would go back in the kitchen (there is a small window that you can see the kitchen) and she would be back there preparing dishes without washing her hands after taking a $20 from a customer....ick! That totally turned me off....and I probably won't be back now.

The great thing was...they left us alone like we asked! They didn't follow us or pressure sell us like other locations.
Way too much pressure and way too desperate for a sale...no thanks!

Decent place if you liked being followed like a puppy dog around a furniture showroom....taking off one star for that.

and by far the worst Chase bank I have been to. I have come to this location several times and everytime I walk out frustrated due to incompetent employees and the longest bank lines ever! There is usually only maybe 2 people helping with bank transactions when I have come (if I am lucky!) I usually wait at least 10 minutes or more in line. The employees although nice are not as competent as other banks I have been to. They had a hard time exchanging foreign currency for me that took forever that I finally left. Also when I had a question about my Chase credit card, the guy could not answer my question and wasn't really willing to help find someone that maybe could.
Plus the parking here is awful at lunch times! Good luck....I am taking my banking elsewhere now.

This is probably one of the better of the Chase banks that I have been to where the employees are intelligent and friendly and efficient.
This location is also great because the line never gets out of control. On the several times I have been here, there has been an employee at every register ready to help which gets me in and out quickly.
I also love this place because I came here last week to exchange Taiwanese dollars and was nervous that it would take forever like it did when I tried to exchange at another Chase bank. Sherraine helped me exchange the money into US currency and into my bank account in less then 5 minutes! Talk about super efficient and she did it with a smile and didn't act like I was asking for too much.
I am sticking to this location for my bigger transactions!

We got LUCKY on a Friday night....it was dead quiet here. It was my friend's birthday party and because there were not a lot of people here, we got to use their Back 9 room which was great. Our whole group got to lounge and use the huge bowling back facility all for ourselves.
Service is really nice here. We had some trouble getting our game started and the computer screen to work but within moments were up and running with the staff helping us out.
I enjoy that they play music videos as well while you are bowling. I rarely ever get to see music videos these days so it's fun to see them playing on a big screen where I can easily entertain myself in between games.
Friends bought food as well that night and were raving about it so from what I have heard, the food is great here.
The only downfall is that bowling CAN get expensive. Games were $10 each per player plus shoes are $5 to rent. You can drop easily $100 here just yourself if you keep playing. If you have a small group...pace yourself because you will play a ton of games and come out paying a lot of money. I do believe that games usually are $8 here per person but because we were in the back room, they were $10 a game.
I would definitely be back to play more bowling! Had a great time!
