My husband and I have a 3-month old so our dinners out are usually earlier than others'. We got to the restaurant around 5:45 and were the first ones there. Our server was really nice and took our drink order immediately. One look at the menu and I knew I was in trouble - everything look so gosh-darn good. I actually couldn't decide between 4 dishes.
(funny side-note: I asked about the grilled cheese and our server said "It's just Rye and Havarti. You can make it at home")
I ended up ordering the pork chop and my husband got the classic club sandwich. Boy was I envious when he got his dish! He was very impressed that the sandwich came with actual roasted turkey, white and dark meat, and not deli meat. The sandwich was huge and came with a side of fries and cole slaw. He asked for no mayo on the sandwich and, well you can guess what happened. He hates mayo but he was all good about it and just wiped it off with a knife.
As much as I hate to say this, my pork chop was a flop. The pork chop is served on top of cheese grits and spinach. The whole dish was extremely bland. The pork chop, in my opinion, could've been trimmed more. There was no rub that I could taste and the cheese grits was...well bland. I don't know. A kick of something sweet, I think, would've helped.
Our biggest gripe was the wait. At first, we were the only ones there and, yet, we waited a good long while for my husband to get a martini. We ordered an appetizer and waited and waited to get it. Then we waited and waited to get our meal. I ordered dessert and all my server did was take the order. Then she spent the entire time talking to another server. She didn't, once, check up on us, give a status of the order, or check on it herself. Our entire dinner took about and hour and half from start to finish. To me, with a 3-month old, that's a little long.
I understand that the restaurant is brand new and still getting the kinks out, so I'm definitely going back because there are a lot of delicious-sounding dishes that I still want to try.

I do not have a single bad thing to say about Sen. Not a single one. Ok, maybe the seaweed was a little chewy, but that's just being picky.
The service was super quick, the sushi was really good, the portions were very generous (no tiny rolls here), and the diet coke was extra carbonated!!
This place is tiny, so if you go on a Friday/Saturday night, call in advance.

I ordered my favorite, Turkey Club. The sandwich, as always, was really really good. I got sweet potato mash on the side and, I hate to say it, it was bad. You can barely taste the sweet potatoes, it was all cloves (at least that's what I think it was. Definitely some sort of a spice). So much, in fact, that the sweet potato mash wasn't even orange, it was brown. My sister-in-law ordered a petit filet medium rare, it was medium at best.
Other than these little hiccups, the food was good, the portions were huge, and the service was fairly fast.
Don't let my experiences affect your decision to try Olive or Twist. I'm a minority and I'm definitely coming back.
