They do not respond to inquiries. They do not provide updates. I have given all the information they could possibly need to fill the 6 page profile and they have done nothing with it. I do not have the keywords in the top listings for google as they promised. The profile looks amaturish. They are supposed to optimize for 10 keywords. They have the same word listed twice. They refused to use the keywords I told them I wanted. They have not responded to my request for a full refund. I feel this company has ripped me off.

Refund the $450.00 paid to them. This is the only solution. I don't feel that they will suddenly become a responsible company and do the right thing.

I do not understand this complaint at all. I have just finished a book of correspondence with Mr. Click. He had a totally completed 6 page profile. The one thing I agree with is we did use one of his keywords twice, an oversight for which I apologize but mistakes do happen and it is an easy correction. I am not sure what keywords Mr. Click wanted to use which were not utilized but it is not our policy to refuse to use what our customer wants, we may attempt to persuade them if we know what they have in mind will not provide results but would not refuse. Speaking of results, Click Plumbing had 39 number 1 rankings and 196 front page rankings on Google when the account was cancelled. Not exactly how I would define being ripped off. We fully lived up to our Terms of Service.

There are tons of notes in our system from conversations with Mr. Click. We provided him well over 200 front page rankings on Google. We more than met our Terms and Conditions

The 6 page profile is not fully complete. At least 2 of the pages are exactly the same. A majority of the fields are left blank. The rankings they claim are not correct for what they told me they would do. They have provided no proof of top rankings in my local area, Spring. They did ignore my list of keywords. Correcting double keywords is fixable but you cannot get back the months paid for with that fix. Therefore they did violate their terms on that alone. I have not received a refund yet and so am still unsatisfied with their response. A full refund of $649.00 is required. They charged my account again after receiving my cancel/refund notice via certified mail.
