Their service is topnotch. Makes me want to go here all the time. Next time I'll try the egg salad sandwich.

Always get the plain tart. This location gets crazy crowded at night but no problem if you're only getting froyo to go which is what I always do anyway. Lots of highschoolers and kids in general hang out here. Always have a variety of toppings to choose from.

It's inside the Filipino supermarket! Friend took me here one time for lunch. Servings are huge. I got a two entree plate. Rice + kare-kare + calamares. Yummy in my tummy. I'm salivating just typing up this review. There's plenty parking since it's located in a plaza slash shopping area.

Yay, a Cuban bakery + cafe in Monrovia! No need to venture out to Burbank or Glendale for Porto's and wait forever in line. I love their lime/lemon tarts. Their potato balls are heavenly. The meat pies are always hot and fresh. The Cubano sandwich, amazing. Their Creme Brulee - done perfectly! Their fruit tarts are THE best though. I love that they're not overpoweringly sweet. The location is a plus. There's plenty parking. In fact, there's a parking lot right across the bakery.

Mediocre at best. Sloppy spring rolls. Bland peanut sauce. It needed more peanut/peanut butter! The pho wasn't wow-worthy. I've had far better.

Went here for a quick brunch with my sister. I like that they have free wi-fi. You can bring your laptop and books here to study. They offer not only coffee but also pastries, salads, and sandwiches. When I went here, I ordered a salad and an Honest Tea. The sister got a Snickers Latte or something like that. She liked her drink a lot. My salad was mediocre, nothing to rave about. Service is great though so I'll give them that.

Best churros ever.

I enjoy their black mango tea. That's what my friend and I always get here. They have free wi-fi here which means you can bring your laptop and study. Never had bad service here. Their takoyaki is a little too salty for my taste. I have yet to try other things off their menu.

Heart shaped pizza. Need I say more? Excellent staff, easy to spot location.

Mm mmm mmmmm. My favorite hot dog/burger spot in the 626 for sure. Like my boyfriend had already said in his review, the Veggie Dog tastes just like a real hot dog. Vegetarian or not, go try it! I've tried a bunch of their burgers from past visits. Freiburger, The Hangover, Holy Aioli, The Ringer, and Blutarsky (from Dog Haus Biergarten).

The Ringer reminded me of Carl's Jr's Double Western Cheeseburger but BETTER. Much better. Their bbq sauce definitely makes the burger.

The Hangover was messy with the fried egg and chili in it and all. I don't care if it's messy food as long as it's still perfectly delicious!

The Holy Aioli - I split this with the boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. I love the Garlic Aioli. I'd try the Hail Maria next because mushrooms in burgers? Best.

The Blutarsky - It's not on their regular menu yet but I hope they put it there permanently because this burger is bomb. My favorite Dog Haus burger hands down. I'm just a sucker for bleu cheese, maybe that's why. But this burger. MAN. THIS BURGER, I swear. Burger patty, bacon, bleu cheese, cheese, and arugula. DO TRY.

Other things:

The Hill Street Bleus aka Bleu Cheese Sweet Potato Fries - huge serving, shareable. Try it with their bbq sauce.

Frito Chili Pie - It was just fritos with chili and cheese. Huge serving as well so share! I really like their chili.

Sweetie Pie - This could count as your dessert. Tater Tots, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Compliments well with their ranch or bbq sauce.

Also, one last thing! Their tater tots are the best tater tots I've had. Definitely my favorite. Always crisp, never soggy. And they're only 2 bucks. What a deal.
